We had an absolutely wonderful experience at RISÜ tonight! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, stylish, and comfortable. The food was outstanding—every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. What truly made the evening special was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, making sure everything was perfect for us throughout the meal. You can really tell they care about creating a great experience for their guests. If you’re in Long Beach and looking for amazing food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere, RISÜ is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back

We went here for date night on a Friday. It was absolutely delightful! The servers were entertaining and friendly and very very attentive. The food was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! SO TASTY! I HIGHLY recommend the flatbread of your choice. We got the shrimp one and the meat lovers and both were AMAZING!! WE also had the lemon pepper chicken wings (dry and wet)... both were great but wet was my favorite. Then on top of all the ambiance and good service and food, there was a live band. Really really nice!!! Get on over to Risü... you won't regret it!

Risü [risu = 'smile' in latin] is a hidden neighborhood gem located on the beautiful Rainbow bridge right by to the LB Convention Center. With a spacious patio overlooking the LED bridge and a pristinely kept rose garden, Risü is a great spot for parties, dates, families, and solo adventurers alike. The restaurant is casual, modern, and suave, has good bar selections - check out their tequilas- and even has live music on Fridays and Saturdays. The staff is skillful and personable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, bartenders Merredith, Samantha, Mayce, and Kevin make great cocktails. The kitchen is small but mighty, if it’s super busy, expect some wait time for your food. American-style tapas, salads, tacos, sliders, and flat breads. I enjoy pretty much everything on the menu, spicy shrimp appetizer, a very unique salmon wrap, delish chicken wings, healthy salads, and out of the flat breads, the short rib wins my vote. Risü is dog friendly (ask about their pup dish), has dedicated garage parking, and is open daily at 11am. Don't miss out on their happy hours :)

My husband and I really wanted to try this place because the food looks amazing and the ambiance too but we weren’t able to do that because the opening bar tender last Saturday was awful. We asked him if we could sit on the terrace ten minutes before opening to rest our feet since we’d been walking around at the apparel convention next-door all morning… he basically shooed us away by telling us to do whatever we want but no one will come talk to us or be able to help us until at least 1145… when you guys open at 11:30….. better luck next time if there is a next time, I guess.

Really enjoyed this bar. I ordered a pomegranate cosmopolitan and it ended up being one of the highlights of the night. refreshing and well‑made. The bartender was attentive and friendly, and the place has a cool ambiance with stylish décor that makes it easy to settle in and relax. Planning on returning very soon!
