Somewhat narrow space with the stage on one end. Indoor seating is high stools towards the stage, a few booth and tables towards the back. Plenty of outdoor seating with tables. Bathrooms are clean. Food is pretty good and served quickly. It's on the very border of Skid Row and Little Tokyo so the paid, gated lot with an attendant is great. If you take a scooter you'll have to park it up the block on 3rd. That view though is, quite honestly, really nice. Totally worth visiting at least once.

2nd visit in last few months. Was a band on as a saturday and at first looked like we needed a ticket for entry. But we were allowed in for food and got a booth at the back. Bar really busy and a bit chaotic but able to get drinks and order food easily enough. Standout is the guys running the open kitchen, so friendly and fun. We forgot to order something and able to add it easily. Fun and very lively place. Mainly locals and younger than us but felt very welcome.

How have I just discovered this gem?!? This place feels like the 90s- a place time has held on to. The view of downtown LA reminds you of all the possibilities. The drinks are on point. The service is welcoming too. My husband and I went 2 days in a row to just... be.

My partner and I were both having a bad day/week/year and decided we wanted to try something new that we could access from the train system. This bar is right on the edge of Skid Row but we felt safe walking from the Little Tokyo station. We loved it! It reminded me of bars I would go to in Seattle or Minneapolis. Just a normal bar without the bells and whistles. They have a fantastic happy hour and a real sense of community. I can tell they have a strong presence of regulars. We had wings and a smash burger and they were tasty. I want to come back for a show sometime. I will def be back for happy hour again.

Great time here. Meticulously decorated, has a saloon/tavern vibe that I was looking for in LA. It seems like they have free live music all the time, which is fantastic. It is adjacent to skid row so be smart about how you're traveling to and from. There is no clear signage - look for the opening in their gated parking lot. The parking lot patio has a grungy LA vibe with an outdoor smoking area. If you're not a fan of the live bands, they seem to have a deejay outside in the covered patio area playing dance tunes. There was a random fire dancer performing when we were there, not sure how often that happens, but I guess anything can happen in LA!
