This restaurant is truly a little gem of Colombia in Oakland. The service was genuinely nice and welcoming, even though I could tell they were a bit short staff and they still handled everything with grace. I absolutely loved the presentation and flavor of the salmon ceviche. It was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully plated. I also ordered an espresso martini; it was good, but I personally missed that little touch of Baileys to make it perfect. The décor is colorful, lively, and full of personality it really adds to the whole experience. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because my steak arrived slightly cold. However, it's nothing they can't improve, and I'm definitely willing to give them a second chance very soon. Thank you, Parche team see you soon!

We took Mom here for brunch and oh what a wonderful outing she had. Sharing items on the menu is allowed, so we ordered several dishes to get a good feel for their servings. From the Bruselas El Prado to Arepa De Chocolo with chicken, then through Empanada De Ajiaco, and finally we had Flan De Coco dessert, it was a walk through a taste experience like I have not had before. Their chef and the team are culinary magicians. The restaurant is decorated in what feels like an authentic Colombian restaurant, and the waiter kindly helped us figure out our meal. I especially enjoyed the teamwork that made sure all our needs were met. They had wonderful music playing in the background that made the vibe right. The location is downtown so parking in the public lot next door is probably best.

5 stars across the board. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. They have a good variety of meat and vegetarian options, including some vegan, and the whole kitchen is gluten free, although you wouldn’t necessarily notice. The design of the space is also beautiful and joyful. Delicious cocktails and mocktails too!

Amazing brunch! Every dish was delicious and we found ourselves literally licking some plates clean. Service and suggestions were on point. We can't wait to come back for dinner!

Food is delicious. Place is very nice. Service is great. Here is everything we tried and our rating: - Sweet potato gnocchi : very flavorful! The eggplant and hazelnut sauce base is creative! Solid 5/5 - Empanadas: must try. We ended up ordering 2 rounds of these. The frying makes it a little heavy but the taste and the aioli dip are divine. 6/5 …awesome! - Tumaco ceviche: interesting acidic flavors. The crispy plantain chips were the highlight for us. 3/5 …the acidity wasn’t hitting right but it’s still really good. - Carpaccio: the sweet tangy sauce makes this really nice. 3.5/5
