Had a great experience here. We got lucky and were able to get a table without a reservation after a cancellation opened up right as we walked in. The corn was excellent and the mahi fish dip was very good. We had the churrasco steak with chimichurri and fries, which was great. The branzino was very flavorful, and the gratin served with it was delicious. Deniz and his assistant were attentive throughout the meal and provided great service. We finished with the Message in a Bottle dessert, which was decent. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and definitely a place I would recommend.

We had an amazing experience today at Dolores but you can call me Lolita 😉 Our waiter Annalisa was so sweet, funny and knowledgeable with the food options. For starters we were feeing adventurous and we had the corn bread and croquettes! Both were delicious and admit I could stay eating the croquettes and have drinks all night! Then we ordered our entree. It brought a free side so we went with a new choice the tostones & bruschetta and the Chicken quesadillas. Both were absolutely delicious! And finally we received our favorite! We always come for the Argentinian Churrasco! Always cooked to perfection and the shoe string fries pair well! Let’s just say we made their kitchen work less cleaning off our plates since they were left empty 🤪 We are from Miami and come here from time to time, and today we had a great experience trying something different. I definitely recommend this restaurant because it’s a great experience all around! Also want to add the drinks were really good, I had the Firehouse which has Reposado Tequila and it’s spicy🌶️ and my hubby had the Old Fashioned 🥃

Austin was a great bartender not only did he make me a drink that I came up with myself that he enhanced it and made my experience one I remember for many years to come. After a long day, a few drinks from him was just what I needed. Dayana was our server and not only did she have a kind spirit, but she was also knowledgeable of what items I should order based on my preferences. Thank you both 💟

First time here; the food was delicious. The Frozen sangria was everything. The short ribs with mashed potatoes were to die for but our waitress Christina made our experience even better. She took the time to explain everything. She helped us with recommendations. It wouldn't have been a 10/10 without her attentive and funny personality. If you have the pleasure to have her as your waitress you are in for a treat. Get both deserts!!!! Enjoy the great food, beautiful scenery and great service. We will be back soon!!

I recently dined at Dolores, But You Can Call Me Lolita in Brickell, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This charming spot, housed in a historic former firehouse with a stunning rooftop view of Miami’s skyscrapers, combines great food, attentive service, and a vibrant atmosphere. We ordered a variety of dishes: oxtail tacos, Cesar salad, ragu pappardelle, truffle linguine, and the Limoncello spritz to drink. Everything was flavorful and well-executed. The pastas were rich and comforting—the ragu pappardelle with its slow-braised beef short rib was a standout, and the truffle linguine had that perfect earthy depth without being overwhelming. The oxtail tacos were tender and packed with taste, and the Caesar salad was fresh and crisp. The Limoncello spritz was refreshing and the ideal companion on a Miami evening. For dessert, we went with the build-your-own brownie, which hit the sweet spot perfectly—it wasn’t overly sweet or heavy at all, just balanced and satisfying. One thing I really appreciated was the portion sizes. The plates look elegant and not massive, but they’re incredibly fulfilling. We were glad we didn’t over-order thinking it wouldn’t be enough—the food left us comfortably full without feeling stuffed. Our server, Franchesca, was outstanding. She took the time to guide us through the menu, explaining the nuances of each dish with genuine enthusiasm. She was also super thoughtful, offering hand sanitizer right away since we were diving into some finger foods (those tacos!). It was a nice touch that made us feel cared for. On a side note, the music remixes playing were upbeat and fun, perfectly complementing the rooftop vibe with that iconic Miami skyline in the background. Overall, this place nails the fusion of international flavors, generous (yet not overwhelming) portions, and top-notch service. Highly recommend for a date night or group dinner!
