munarriz cristian 3 months agoThey got it right : Ambience, views, service. A great experience overall, their pastas are handcrafted and the highlight of the evening was the steak and branzino. Sharing style, a well curated culinary xperience highly recommended. Take a moment to absorb the Miami scenary from their beautiful terrace and their Negroni!
Standard Flight 2 months agoSeia Miami delivered a truly serene dining experience. Our 6:30 PM reservation was perfect because we got to enjoy both the golden hour views and the beautiful nighttime atmosphere as the city transformed around us. One thing that really stood out was the attention to detail throughout the restaurant. You can tell they care about quality — from the Christofle France silverware to the Italian-made cloth napkins. Small touches like that elevate the whole experience. At the moment, all seating during our visit was indoors, so it seems the outdoor section may not be available yet. Service was warm and professional, and it was actually very nice having an Italian server in an Italian restaurant — it added authenticity to the experience. The food overall was good, but the real star in terms of flavor was definitely the fettuccine alla bolognese. Absolutely delicious and full of rich, authentic flavor. A couple things to keep in mind: valet parking was $27.45 plus tip, and street parking in the area can be pretty difficult to find. Overall, a beautiful spot for a special dinner in Miami.
Eric S a month agoSeia is absolutely beautiful and incredibly swanky. Located on the 50th floor, it offers stunning views of the Miami skyline and the Miami River. The outdoor terrace is the real highlight of the experience and makes for an amazing setting, especially around sunset. The happy hour from 5–7 PM is excellent and probably one of the best reasons to visit. The drinks, atmosphere, and views create a great overall experience. As for the food and service, both were good but not particularly memorable. In fact, the Caesar salad was disappointing. Instead of traditional croutons, they served it with some type of bread underneath the lettuce that was tasteless and soggy. It added nothing to the dish and made what should have been a simple classic feel poorly executed. Based on the reviews, I expected to be a bit more impressed. Nothing was bad overall, but neither the food nor the service stood out enough to justify all the hype. They also offer a members-only club with a membership fee that seems ridiculously expensive for what you're getting.
Alfredo Schery 2 months agoWe visited Seia on Brickell Plaza, located on the 54th floor, to try their $45 lunch menu and get a first impression of the restaurant. The arrival immediately brought to mind the entrance of the Centurion Restaurant in New York—two private elevators, a discreet lobby, and a smooth ascent that sets the tone before you even reach the dining room. Once upstairs, the reception was warm and polished. Although the terrace was closed due to the weather, the space still felt bright and inviting thanks to the natural light, the floor‑to‑ceiling windows, and the open, modern design. The view alone gives the experience a sense of calm sophistication. The sommelier—friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic—guided us through the wine list and recommended a Castello di Ama 2021, which turned out to be an excellent choice. Elegant, balanced, and expressive, it elevated the entire lunch. For food, we chose the salad, the carpaccio di manzo, a pasta dish, and the branzino. The salad was well executed, but the carpaccio was the standout of the starters—clean flavors, great texture, and beautifully presented. The pasta had good flavor but leaned heavier on the fat than ideal for my taste. The branzino, served over a base of eggplant, was delicious: delicate, flavorful, and thoughtfully composed. For dessert, we tried the tiramisu and the classic cannoli. Both were enjoyable, though not exceptional—good, but not at the same level as the wine or the view. Overall, Seia delivers a refined atmosphere, excellent service, and a lunch experience with several high points. The combination of the setting, the sommelier’s guidance, and a few standout dishes makes it a place worth returning to.
