The food is excellent - full of flavour, perfectly portioned, presented. A great variety for all diets of both meat and seafood plus vegetarian dishes. Every dish was delicious; absolutely nothing to complain about. The service team is top notch - attentive and informed re the menu items. Swetha our server, was absolutely amazing. Her recommendations were excellent and she was quite knowledgeable about the meal components. A definite must go. if you're staying at the Intercontinental Hotel or visiting New Orleans. This restaurant is inside the Intercontinental hotel. The service was great and the atmosphere was really nice. The food was delicious overall. We ordered the oyster plate, gumbo, BBQ shrimp and grits, bread pudding, and beignets. The BBQ shrimp and grits wasn’t really my thing, but everything else was amazing. It’s a great spot to come with friends, enjoy good food, and just hang out and chat.

I come here EVERY TIME I'm in New Orleans for the oyster log. They've recently remodeled and have made some changes to the menu, so this time I got the oyster platter. DELICIOUS! Also they have the best happy hour in a nice environment 10/10!

It manages to capture the heart of Louisiana through a thoughtful menu, welcoming service, and a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. The menu is a refreshing mix of traditional staples and interesting culinary twists. Restaurant offers good value for the quality you receive. The portions are generous, and the pricing is quite reasonable. We really liked baked oysters and signature Crawfish Pie. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu.

What a wonderful find. This was our first trip to New Orleans waiting for a Mississippi cruise to Memphis on American Cruise Line. We had a couple of nice dinners at Cajon restaurants. Looking for a dinner on our last night in town I came across the very positive reviews for Trenasse Restaurant. Allow the positive statements were true. The waiter was friendly and most helpful. The food, I had the crawfish pie, was delicious. The setting was relaxing. All was terrific and such a good choice.
