Every bite of food was quality. The crab cakes' bready exteriors were complemented by the spice and water content of the accompanying sauce, the bearnaise paired well with the steaks' seasonings and crust, the Hasselback potatoes au gratin were hard to put down: all of the culinary details were considered. I did not have a chance to try neither the cocktails nor the desserts. Naomi and all of the waitstaff were personable and attentive. The dining room was dimly-lit, decorated in a relaxing style reminiscent of a 1920's lounge. If you like your steak to taste "gamey," I recommend the bone marrow butter. I highly recommend The Hemingway!

My wife and I’s favorite restaurant! This particular time, we were sat in a more secluded booth(as requested in my reservation) and my tomahawk Ribeye came out piping hot and uncut, as requested! The price is on the higher side, but it is worth every penny! Perfect place for my birthday!

Had an amazing dinner tonight at the Hemingway. I made a mistake with my reservation and they were able to slot us in at the bar after a short wait. Even had a lovely conversation with a neighbor. We had the pot a feu, pei oysters on the half shell, and a ribeye with truffle mashed potatoes. Topped off the amazing meal with pot au creme. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Sharing a disappointing experience from our 1st and possibly last visit this evening. My bf took us for my birthday. It was both of ours first visit tonight after many suggestions to go there for the special occasion. The atmosphere and food were wonderful! With being a higher end restaurant the bill was well over $200, (we both got steaks, drinks and appetizer) my bf got a large ribeye. We had filled up on the appetizer, and such and wanted to take the rest home. Literally MOST of his ribeye was remaining and we said we wanted to take everything home. As is customary at the restaurant, the server took the plate to be boxed. When we reached our car, we realized the boxed ribeye was never returned. We immediately went back to the restaurant, only to find the doors locked—despite it being more than an hour before your posted closing time. Multiple calls went unanswered, leaving us with no way to retrieve the meal we paid for. We were very upset, as we had said we wanted to take ALL of the remainder home, yet the biggest (most expensive) portion was not in with the rest. At this price point, this level of oversight and lack of accessibility is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected better attention to detail and guest service from a high-end establishment as this is. I definitely would appreciate a response regarding how this can be resolved. Thank you for your time, and I hope this issue can be addressed appropriately.

Had dinner here recently and liked how relaxed yet modern the setting felt. The portions were satisfying, and the staff checked in often without interrupting the meal. Nice place for date nights or catching up with friends over drinks.
