We love L&B in Bakersfield. We have been more than once. We have had dine in and take away. It is an adorable place and it is so clean and nicely appointed. It is very comfortable. They have booths, counter seating and I saw some out door seating once. The service is spectacular. Whether you are getting take away or eating there you will be happy. The servers are so kind and they are fast. They know the menu. The food is just great. All of it. They have a Camarones al mojo all crammed into a burrito. That is one of our favorite things. Their guacamole is great and always fresh. We love their rice and beans and their chips are always fresh. You will be happy with any shrimp dish you get. They also have wonderful salads and their steak is just perfect. You will love it. Parking is easy.

You can always tell by how the rice and beans taste if the food is going to be great. Fresh and flavorful was my first reaction. Exactly what Bakersfield needs.

L&B Mexican Restaurant I am very pleased we picked you to cater our wedding. You and your staff are very friendly and the food was AMAZING! I received compliments all night and many guests asked where your restaurant is located. You went above and beyond which made the evening feel more special. You made sure all tables were continuously stocked with chips and salsa and the food service was fast and well coordinated. We couldn’t be happier how smooth everything went. I highly recommend anyone looking for catering service to choose L & B. Thank you for being part of our special day!

The food and service was amazing. Lisa our server was fantastic recommend dishes to us. My Boys loved each item they got. Son loved breakfast burrito said chorizo was tasty. The carne asada burrito was sooo good. Best street tacos I ever had especially the ground beef one so full of flavors.

L& B Mexican restaurant can certainly be recommended for having excellent food. L&B opened over a year ago and has been doing good business since. The owners Lupe & Betty, are always there and they are the nicest people. We came in for Mexican breakfast on a Saturday morning. We both ordered chorizo con huevos, one with rice and beans, the other with potatoes and beans, meal comes with choice of tortillas. Both of our orders were delicious, we ate it all. Gabbie was our waitress, she did a outstanding job. We will be back very soon.
