Update: Spoke to the manager who was absolutely wonderful and really made me feel comfortable to share my experience. I appreciated the sincerity. Went back to the restaurant and enjoyed a meal with my son this evening, great experience this time. Food was ok and the service was amazing this time. I’ve never experienced being rushed to pay a bill at a sit down restaurant like I did at the hotel’s restaurant today. From sitting down and being asked right away as I’m giving the menu am I ready to order to getting my pasta dish and being given the check, told no rush but the waitress came back about 5 minutes later to ask me to pay. I would have rather paid upfront before my meal comes than to be rushed. I went to the counter to pay where the waitress informed me she was sorry but she has something she needs to do.. one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a while. I was able to speak to management and hopefully get a refund but it was absolutely ridiculous and there was only 1 other patron in the restaurant besides me so not busy at all…she was just too busy to wait for me to eat I guess… The African American hostess was wonderful though, she noticed my facial expression when she went to seat me and asked if I wanted a window seat which I happily smiled and she sat me by the window. That’s amazing service when you notice the small things, I wish the whole experience mirrored that interaction.

Weston Stone exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service truly stood out. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Overall, everything was exceptional, and we would highly recommend Weston Stone to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Had pretty late night dinner here. Service was great but the place was almost empty except for the bar. Tried their salmon fish and Cesar salad. Salad was really delicious and quite large. Salmon was good but the asparagus was a bit bland but honestly I blame it on the asparagus. The restaurant is inside the hotel and I definitely recommend it over the room service option

Excellent food and service. Delivery of my order was prompt and the perfect temp. Smiles and care abounded from those serving. Atmosphere would be a five if only it wasn’t so quiet/there weren’t so many empty tables. If the restaurant doesn’t hit its stride in terms of numbers in the near future suggest a further expansion of the private dining spaces to make the restaurant a bit more ‘romantic’, decreasing available tables. Overall, whether staying at the Sheraton or just visiting town this is a good option for an evening meal.

This place is a hidden gem for dinner! We had some absolutely amazing food for a Hotel based Restaurant. The Braised Short Rib and cheddar Mashed Potatoes were to die for. And the Triple Chocolate cake was deadly. Will be back for dinner in the future.
