I recently dined at Moxies and had a truly wonderful experience, largely because of the outstanding customer service. Our waitress, LaKeisha (Lala), was absolutely amazing, attentive, warm, friendly, and incredibly professional. She checked on us at all the right times and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the entire meal. The manager, Joshua, also deserves special recognition. He was kind, personable, and went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary dessert to try, which was a thoughtful and classy touch that did not go unnoticed. While the food itself was okay and not necessarily the standout, the exceptional service, positive energy, and great vibe more than made up for it. Customer service like this is what brings people back, and Moxies clearly understands the importance of creating a great overall dining experience. I would absolutely return, if not just for the food, then definitely for the people. Outstanding service all around.

I came in on a Friday at 4pm for happy hour and was seated immediately by two friendly hostess. I waited a bit and was greeted by Sofia L who asked me if someone was helping me, I said no. Sofia said she'd take care of me. And she did! She took my order promptly. Others delivered what I ordered but Sofia L constantly checked on me to see if I was okay. I didn't eat everything and she packed it for me when I was ready to go. It was my first time at Moxies as I had a coupon from my apartment complex that's within walking distance. I'll definitely be back!

I was celebrating my birthday and it was my first time there. Hilary was my server and SHE WAS THE BOMB!!!!! She was friendly professional yet personal. Every suggestion she proposed was awesome! From the appetizer to the complimentary cake-the food was delicious and flavorful. My guests came with gifts and Hilary brought the purse rack, which was a great idea, to offer us space at our table. Our table ordered the steak bites, crab cakes, popstickers, blackened shrimp tacos, red Thai curry, and the sticky toffee pudding! That cake was moist and delicious! Hilary performed the caramel ceremony after the pic was taken lol. My experience was great, and I will be coming back!!!

Angie the waitress was amazing. She was attentive to our needs and everything she recommended was great. We tried the Cashew chicken lettuce wrap and the Sushi tuna tower - It was delicious. I promise you. You will not regret it.

I had a great time at the bar for lunch. It was quite busy, but Makayla, the server, was incredibly attentive and made sure I was comfortable. She went above and beyond to provide excellent service to me and all the other patrons. This was my first time, and I’ll definitely be back.
