The atmosphere of Salud is great. Live music on weekends and an amazing view of the Arizona desert. Unfortunately the food is underwhelming. We ordered the nachos, which come to over $30 after adding meat. They arrived cold and the chips soggy. The birria on top was a small portion and dry. The cheese sauce was essentially soup. It was so thin it couldn’t sit on a chip. The toppings were also very limited for the price. Our server got us a new batch to address the cold and soggy piece, but my husband and I both agreed these were the worst nachos we’ve ever had. Unfortunate as this is Tucson! There should be some good chefs that can good Mexican food. We also ordered the beignet churros, which were hot and a good sized portion.

The staff at Salud were very helpful in reserving a spot for our large group and provided excellent service on a very busy night (thank you Maya, Codie, and JJ!). Food and drinks are very good and honestly not over the top expensive considering the view! Bonus photo of cute terrace quail.

Cool atmosphere, responsive waiters (but need more of them at peak times). Food was ok. Tastes like something I got from Walmart and heated up;(

I'm sorry but uh???? We ordered food an hour ago and our server came asking what else we needed? um our food? then he's like oh you ordered food???? UM YEAH AN HOUR AGO. then he's like.oh yeah I see it hold on. then disappeared. I wish I went to taco bell. my son needs to sleep, its very late. *edit* the manager did come out and apologized and covered the bill. The food was ok.

Such a beautiful location and a the view is jar dropping. I go by myself occassionally to sit on the patio and watch the moon rise, or meet friends for happy hour. No matter what the reason, it always provides a sense of occassion. The food is always good. We had the quesadilla and it easily served two. Sangria was wonderful, very refreshing. Finished with an order of beneighs, which were light and crispy. Served with cream & raspberry sauce.
