Great food, great service, great atmosphere. The NY Steak and Eggs with a bloody mary was excellent. The Country fried steak and eggs was excellent. Everything was great. We had a party of 12 for breakfast. Everyone's meals were excellent. We will be back soon.

Strongly recommend Aromas!! Found while searching for a breakfast spot in Fresno and I hit the jackpot. The place is very nice, lots of space, good music, not to loud, tvs, and most important great service with friendly people. Miriam was awesome, I asked her what was popular on the menu and she recommended the Chile Verde Omelette. It did not disappoint!! Large portion, meat was flavorful and tender and the Verde sauce was not over powering. Had lots of cheese and potatoes just the way I like them...crunchy!! I should say, the Ice Cold brew hit the spot as well. I will definitley be back!! Thank you Miriam!!

Our first time visiting here, and we were very impressed! I first noticed the open concept kitchen – when you first walk in, directly ahead of the entrance is the kitchen with glass walls, allowing full visibility to the kitchen. We were seated quickly in a simple but clean and comfortable dining area. Our server, Emit, was not only friendly And attentive, she also had a fun sense of humor and made us laugh. She was attentive with refills and quickly getting anything we needed, but was not annoyingly so – she wasn’t one of those servers that asks how things are the moment you take a bite, lol. The food was surprising in the best way as possible – it was what I would consider standard breakfast fare: Lots of omelette choices, eggs Benedict, pancakes, and French toast, avocado toast, biscuits and gravy, chicken fried steak, etc. omelettes include choice of country, potatoes, or hashbrowns and toast and the portions were more than generous! Prices are on par with the selection options, but the size of the portions make them a really great value. My friend ordered French toast and got four very thick and well-made pieces of French toast with eggs and three slices of bacon. I had eggs and bacon, with country potatoes, and toast. I was impressed that the country potatoes were well cooked and crispy, even though I didn’t have to specifically ask for them to be crispy – most places give you pale potatoes unless you specifically ask for them to be well done so this was a pleasant surprise. The coffee was also excellent – something many breakfast places don’t do well for some reason. All in all, I was very impressed! Good food, great service, portion-to-price a good value.

The vibes were exquisite! Gilbert’s customer service was exceptional! He made us feel warm and welcomed our first time here. Can’t wait to go back ❤️
