We tried this place for the first time about 2 months ago, and it was awesome. The food is delicious, the waitstaff are fun and knowledgeable, and the ambiance is inviting. It’s definitely got a slightly upscale vibe, so don’t expect a cheap tab lol, but it’s worth the cost. It’s got that new American fused with international feel, and everything we had was a winner. We’re not big drinkers, but the cocktails were great, and paired well with their apps. We’ll be returning for sure, and would recommend this place for a date night or special event.

My husband and I enjoyed our date night out at saizon! We live very close to the restaurant and decided to finally dine here! Our son and his fiance have been several times and highly recommended it and we enjoy going to other restaurants affiliated with saizon. This was our first time here and have nothing but good things to say about our experience. When saizon first opened, the menu items didn't interest us but we found plenty of good options with the recent menu. We both started the evening with drinks, the pumpkin spiced latte martini for me(really good , not too sweet)and a IPA for my hubby. For dinner we ordered the prime spiced sirloin with a side of the mushroom risotto and Mary's brick chicken. Both of which were absolutely delicious! The meats and vegetables were cooked and seasoned perfectly! We couldn't pass up on dessert... we ordered the sticky coffee pudding... so good ! Everything was awesome including friendly, attentive service. I would describe the atmosphere as modern, casual, upscale. Definitely recommend reservations even for week nights... they are usually very busy and they are only open for dinner ( a few hours for brunch on Saturday &Sunday) . We will definitely go again ❤️

Yesterday my husband took me out on a surprise date to Saizon for the first time. For a Monday night and it being the last reservation available, we were able to get sat in a booth in no time. The host asked if we wanted sparkling water or flat water and obviously we chose sparkling water! Our waiter Abby came and attended to us very quickly right after our host sat us, and took our drink orders. Our drinks were delicious. We had the Tiger Ceviche made with this spicy leche de tigre sauce, but had bursts of sweet citrus. We shared a perfectly medium Flat Iron Steak served with chipotle butter, and roasted veggies and parmesean crusted asparagus. The combination of flavors were great! It's a fusion style restaurant that draws from some Peruvian style culinary aspects, but with nods to Mexican, Japanese/Asian, and American food culture, making it a really diverse and fun menu! The atmosphere was giving the ambience as if we were in an L.A. cosmopolitan lounge. The only thing that I would change: I noticed that the quality of the glasses and how they're being dried can be better checked. They were stained water marks in provided pictures in this review. We will be back in a couple weeks. We've already recommended to friends so we'll be spending a special occasion there, and want to see if this changes or not. This does not change the 10 out of 10 experience that I had while being there, so would quickly recommend!

It’s a been awhile but the French toast is just exactly as remember, lightly sweet and crunchy with minimal drizzle of caramel. Never skip on the fresh bowl of guacamole and chip, just discover their chili oils and I literally added to every bite!! I was sad they remove the tuna pizza that was served on a bed of rice cake. :( instead I got the crab tostada and chili verde Omelette. Plenty for 3 but this f ed two very hungry ladies 😅

I’m late on reviewing, I’ve been here an embarrassing amount of times already. My favorite drink is Cashmere. Favorite dishes are, wagu, lamb, beet salad, the risotto, both the bao buns. Man I just love everything! Vibes are always great. Very elevated in compared to most Fresno scenes. Glad to know Fresno is growing in the right direction. Love taking out of towners here because it just never disappoints. Make sure to get your reservations early, they book up quickly! Food pics for inspiration on what to eat!!!
