Eric was amazing! His recommendations were perfect. My husband and I really enjoyed everything. The grilled pineapple and cheese was out of this world! Will definitely be back. I will also tell all my friends and family about this beautiful restaurant.

What can I say, this was a phenomenal experience! Where do I start.... First, this is my one and only experience with Brazilian Steak houses, and when I mentioned that to Eric (amazing bar tender), he not only gave us ALL the info, on how it works, he gave several fire recommendations. And with this, Eric (he's amazing btw, did I mention that he's amazing) and his BFF Evan (Also super amazing, I mean, really great people) proceeded to direct us to a wonderful dinner. First off, you have to do the full experience to really do it right. The big recommendations here are the Picanha (regular and spicy, Eric urges), chicken hearts with the green cilantro sauce (personal favorite), and here is what Evan and Eric guided us, you have to try the pineapple 🍍! It's coated in cinnamon and sugar and roasted a bit and not even kidding, tastes like apple pie. Next, you also have to do the cheese and honey, it's that wonderful sweet and savory that your taste buds will adore. If you can fit dessert (no promises on that), you have to try the passion fruit mousse. It's tart and mildly sweet with a cream that balances it all. The perfect end. So...in closing...you have to come here and come hungry and look for Eric and Evan (btw, you have to come in the next 3 weeks to catch Eric, he's moving soon 😔) tell them we sent you, and give them all your tips, you won't be disappointed! We are new fans of tropeiros! Came for our anniversary with the full experience and then again a few weeks later for a birthday with the lunch special. You start off with a very nice salad bar (with cheese bread!) and then wait for the servers to come around with a bunch of meats and let them know when you want a cut. We all liked the Brazilian limeade with condensed milk which they make in house! The 20% state workers discount only works on the full experience btw. There are a few special cuts included in this option like rib eye and filet mignon but they were actually the most disappointing options that we tried unfortunately and terribly dry 😢 we waited a lot of extra time for those too after requesting, but maybe you’d have better luck during dinner time? That was a bummer. Still, I’m pleased with the lunch special. I’m obsessed with their cinnamon grilled pineapple, you’ve got to leave with at least a dozen slices in your tummy by the end. The crème brûlée is pretty great and big too for $12. Service was great!

I’d call this a pretty standard Brazilian steakhouse experience - nothing bad, but nothing that really stands out either. The place has that classic vibe with dim lighting, white tablecloths, and a more traditional feel, which is nice but not particularly memorable. Service started off fine, but felt a bit off as the night went on. The staff were friendly, just not very attentive - dirty plates sat on the table piled longer than they should have, which kind of takes you out of the experience. One thing I did like, though, was how they walked around the dining area offering drinks with those bull-shaped bottles - it’s a cool touch and adds a bit of character to the experience, although we refused to try the liquid, knowing which part of the bull body it came out of. We went for the all-meats option ($59.99), which is supposed to include 17 different cuts. In reality, it felt like a lot of that variety came from chicken and pork. The ribeye was honestly disappointing - flat and pretty tough. The filet mignon came out rare and heavily over-seasoned, which overpowered the flavor. On the flip side, the beef ribs were cooked nicely and tender, but surprisingly had almost no seasoning at all. One highlight was the bar right on the entrance - good selection of spirits, though you’ll definitely pay for it. All in all, it’s the kind of place you try once just to check it out, but probably not somewhere you’d go out of your way to come back to.

If you like lots of meat and lots of kinds of meat, this is your place! There's a self serve hot/cold salad bar with all kinds of yummy goodies to start with and everything was perfect. Then the varied meats showed up and the grilling was spectacular. It's very fast paced and the staff was very accommodating and hard working! Thanks to all who made it a special night especially Nolan😊
