Steuben’s always consistently has really great food. I have never been here and had a bad meal. Very happy with our choice to come here. We started with the Cobb Salad, lots of toppings 8.1/10. For entrees I had the pot roast but substituted the mashed potatoes for broccoli 7/10. My friend had the Cubano sandwiche, which he enjoyed a lot 8/10. We look forward to returning again in the near future. I highly suggest all the items on the dessert menu, a lot of good things on the menu.

Go here! The food is absolutely great! Definitely better than most, in a space with a nice vibe. The ROASTED BRUSSELS are the best we've ever had. The VANILLA SHAKE comes with extra on the side in a frosty silver mixing cup. A super flaky and unique pastry tops the POT PIE over a delicious savory filling. The GREEK SALAD is totally fresh. Plentiful servings all around from the nicely varied MENU to satisfy all tastes & preferences. And the SERVICE is phenomenal! We had ANTHONY - clearly a top pro waiter. Totally attentive, kind, accommodating, fast and unobtrusive. Quintessential Capitol Hill at its best!

Made it in late ~9PM and happy surprise… it was happy hour! There were spots at the bar, so no wait. Everything ordered was delicious. The lobster roll was on the smaller side, but so good. The chimichurri sauce that came with the Cuban sandwich was a favorite, as well.

Alright cousins, next stop on the Denver Restaurant Week tour was Steuben’s. Walking in, the atmosphere was calm and cozy. Honestly cousins, it felt like you stepped into an episode of Last Man Standing, relaxed neighborhood energy, people talking, nothing trying too hard. The service was friendly and welcoming. Now bartender, I’m coming back for you though, because you did not tell us the little secret to the Manhattan. We had to get the insider information from the young lady sitting next to us at the bar. Don’t worry cousins, I won’t spoil the surprise, but just know there’s a little move that elevates the whole drink. Now the Manhattan itself, delightful. Smooth, balanced, and cousins do yourself a favor, eat the cherries while you sip. It adds a little sweetness that changes the taste slightly with each sip. Next up, the Connecticut lobster roll. Now cousins… this one kinda conned me. Not in a bad way, but let me explain. It was basically a very well seasoned lobster salad, dressed nicely and packed with flavor, just not quite the warm buttery roll situation some of us imagine when we hear lobster roll. The chips looked like they were made from scratch, which I respect. I personally wish they came straight out the fryer warm and crispy, but that’s more of a personal preference. Overall cousins, solid experience. Friendly service, cozy vibe, a Manhattan worth sipping slowly. Chips: 7/10 Would I come back? Cousins… it’s possible. But right now Steuben’s sitting at the table like that spades player that cut the wrong suit early. You not out the game, but we watching you the next hand.

Great food and great service! My patty melt was delicious and the patty was cooked perfectly medium without even asking how I wanted! Nice. We also got a cheese steak, loaded...the bechemel sauce was a very nice touch. It was borderline a knife and fork meal as it was so sloppy! I don't know why this was on my to try list for years and I'm only just trying it. There are so many good sounding meals, it's hard to decide! We can't wait to go back!
