This place is 5+ stars in my book! I ended up going all 4 days that I was in Denver this past weekend. The bartenders are excellent...special shout-out to Kendrick and Atze for their great beer recommendations...the customers are all friendly, which is especially great when you're traveling solo, like I was...and the food is wonderful. I am STILL dreaming about that Drive-Thru Burger. It was literally the best smash burger I've ever had. I think it was the potato bun that made it particularly tasty. Cool space, with both indoor and outdoor seating. And a convenient location to the Union Station neighborhood...especially if you are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station, which is right across the street. I will definitely be back! "The Dude abides."

My New Favorite Brunch Spot! First time at Pig & Sprout for brunch and I’m already planning my next visit. I started with a boozy cocktail, because brunch rules are brunch rules, and the 2 Nuts and 1 Cup was absolutely incredible. Smooth, creative, a little dangerous… and yes, I fully understand the two-drink limit now. They’re definitely protecting me from myself. 😄 The food? Next-level. The Meat Candy was everything you want it to be; sweet, savory, and irresistible. But the true star of the morning was the Brisket Poutine with brown gravy and sunny-side-up eggs. Absolute perfection. Temperatures were spot-on, textures were balanced, and every bite felt like comfort food elevated to its highest form. The vibe inside is great, warm, fun, and energetic, exactly the kind of place I want to settle into on a weekend morning. The staff was genuinely welcoming and made me feel like an old friend instead of a first-timer. Pig & Sprout is officially my new neighborhood favorite. If you haven’t been, do yourself a favor and go now. I can’t wait to become a regular.

I've come here for dinner and brunch. The place has a lot of light, a good atmosphere, and I like the meat vs non-meat menus I recently grabbed a southwestern benedict. It turned out to be just the right amount of food. The cheddar-jalapeño cornbread they sit on was very tasty.

I had a great experience on a Saturday for brunch! Excellent service, delicious food, and tasty drinks. I recommend the Bacon Brussel Sprouts, Pug Side Breakfast Burrito, and the Maple Bourbon Old Fashioned. I’d definitely go back to try other items. (I parked on the street at a meter.)

Pig & Sprout accommodates the full friend group, with options for bottomless mimosas to a lot of vegetarian selections. For bottomless, they conveniently bring you an individual carafe to leave on the table and keep the drinks flowing (would've liked to keep this on ice for colder drinks... but for this price point, it is what it is!). Responded quickly on OpenTable messages the day prior to a request for a reservation change, and the space easily hosted a larger group (we had a reservation for 9). Cheers!
