We dined at Dean’s Steak & Seafood for the first time and overall had a pleasant experience. The ambiance was beautiful, and our waiter provided exceptional service from start to finish. I ordered the Delmonico Ribeye Wagyu, and my boyfriend ordered the dry-aged bone-in ribeye. Both steaks were cooked perfectly to our requested temperatures, medium and medium-well. However, the steak seasoning seemed to burn during the cooking process, leaving a very dark charred coating on the outside with a burnt crust and taste. I sent my steak back and requested it be prepared with just salt and pepper, and it was much better. The asparagus was cooked perfectly, the crab cake appetizer (1) was good, and the scalloped potatoes serving was small and they were just okay. The manager visited our table and apologized and offered us a complimentary side and dessert, which was nice of him. Overall, we enjoyed our evening and appreciated the excellent service and atmosphere. While Dean’s is a nice restaurant, I personally prefer Commission Row for a good steak.

Absolutely wonderful first experience with our server, Katie! Perfect bread service, cocktails, and good starters. The honey truffle chicken with roasted carrots and steaks were delicious! Unfortunately, we ate so much that we didn’t have room for dessert but they looked so good. The service was truly unmatched with coat check, parking validation, and kind staff making sure we had everything we needed. This is a great upscale addition to our downtown!

We visited for our anniversary and what a wonderful place! The valet guys and host were great and our server, Damani S, was excellent. We enjoyed the wagyu and lobster tail, both were awesome. We plan to visit again! Thank you to the awesome staff for a wonderful evening.

We had an incredible experience here! The ambiance was fantastic - didn’t feel like a hotel restaurant at all. The espresso martini is one of the BEST in the city! Our server, Ken was fantastic and very attentive. The steaks were cooked to perfection- we had the filet. Definitely recommend the mushrooms as a side. And of course we had to finish with dessert and the pecan bread pudding was to DIE FOR! We will definitely be back

Highly recommend Dean’s Steak House! We celebrated our friends’ 75th wedding anniversary, and they treated us with exceptional service. Our server, Gerald, was very attentive, pleasant, and made us feel truly welcome. The chefs made 5/5, the king crab was super fresh, and the steak was one of the most tender we’ve ever had. Thank you to everyone for making this such an unforgettable experience in our lifetime. We will definitely be back! ✨
