What a find! The American Reserve is a fantastic spot to have a slightly higher scale meal. The atmosphere is a chill, yet elegant vibe. The food was fantastic. The service was good. The live music on Saturday night was perfection. The band was amazing. Not too loud, entertaining, and relaxing. Adding to the perfect relaxed evening.

Great atmosphere. Attentive staff and great food. I ordered the chicken and a pumpkin cheesecake. Didn't take pictures if cheesecake but it was perfect size, delicious with fresh fruit. I want it for breakfast too!!

The dining area felt cozy and a bit luxurious. The ribeye with steak fries and green beans was delicious but it was pretty pricey. On the bright side, service was attentive and friendly since they went out of their way to refill water glasses even when it's not even close to empty.

Breakfast game in KC is WEAK! and this place is no different. The food IS GOOD though. Compliments to the chef. No skillets, no corned beef hash, it's all pretty basic stuff out here. And the reason I rate this place: It's expensive, I ordered the BLUEBERRY PECAN WAFFLES and it's regular waffles with like, 6 blueberries on it. DISAPPOINTED

I had the Scottish Salmon and my spouse had the Chicken, pan seared. The salmon was perfection, absolutely delicious. My spouse said the chicken was by far the best chicken dish he’s ever had. We also had the deviled eggs, which were TO DIE FOR, and the Brussels, which were just ok(not great, just good). We had cocktails, both were just a bit off (one was supposed to be apple cider and it was cranberry, for instance). We will definitely be back, and looking forward to it.
