An excellent experience in aisian style cuisine. My kids love this style of food and we saw that it was highly rated online. Great atmosphere. We loved the taps style eating to get a more full experience of the menu. Great beers and cocktails too. Lastly enjoyed the tai tea creme brule, the we have never experienced before. Get reservations ahead of time. Try the lamb lollipops, pork belly, chicken skins, wings, sizzle chicken with noodle, and brisket fried rice.. down it all with a beer and you good!

Hidden gem of my trip. The Japanese wings are unbelievable, a little spicy but tons of flavor. The beef short rib dumplings came with an amazing white sauce. The desserts were filling, the Japanese tiramisu wasn’t too sweet, nice balance. Highly recommend this place.

We went three days in a row while taking a break from Stadium Swim at Circa. Each time, service was great, the food was amazing, and we felt like the meal had good value. Here’s the run-down: DAY ONE: Pork Belly Bao - really soft bread, perfectly-seasoned pork, and great balance with the slaw. Salt and Sichuan Pepper Wings - Again, these are perfectly-seasoned — just the right amount of that tongue-numbing spice. I could have eaten 25. Brisket Fried Rice - What a perfect entree! Fried rice is just a culinary chameleon anyway, but there was a distinctive perspective to both it and the brisket. The combination was in balance. The meat was moist without being greasy. I wanted to get one to go but hotels here don’t have a fridge. Would be an ideal hangover breakfast. Espresso Martini - not bad, but not the star of anything. Note on the homemade sauces - none of the dishes needed them, but the sauces were so good I wanted to use them on something. I ended up just having a couple of spoonfuls. DAY TWO: Short Rib Dumplings - Great textures, tastes, and proportions. I liked the dumplings better than the Bao Buns, but my wife felt the opposite. In both cases, by small margins. Wings, again - See above. Just amazing. Dan Dan Noodles - great flavor, but the noodles were a little gummy. Ramen - I loved the depth of flavor in the broth. My wife was reading cinnamon somewhere in there. I was thinking maybe cardamom. It was straight up comfort food. DAY THREE: Stir-fried Green Beans with Ground Pork - this was my wife’s favorite small plate of the trip. Mine is still the wings. They picked up all the flavor without becoming oily or flaccid. The pork was a perfect compliment. Popcorn Chicken Skin - Texturally this was just as it should be. I could’ve gone for a touch more of salt and pepper. It definitely doesn’t compare with the wings. Brisket Stir Fry (again) - just as good as I remember it.

First time here. Really loved the atmosphere and the energy of the staff. Especially the host. House red wine was what you would expect with house wine. 7/10. I ordered the brisket fried rice which was delicious by itself. I don't recommend adding the soy sauce because it takes away from the flavor of the brisket. I also ordered the ramen which was not my favorite. I'd call this a Vegas ramen bowl and not like the typical Japanese ramen but close. Eggs looked frozen. Broth was sweet. Too much bok Choy. But overall filled me up. 6/10.

Location: 8 east is located on the second floor of Circa Resort & Casino on Fremont St. Parking: $15 to park for 0-3 hours at the Mahal parking garage. You will cross the bridge from the parking garage to the casino. Security will check ID as Circa is a 21+ establishment. Dishes ordered: - green beans - pork belly baos - brisket fried rice - sizzling shrimp - Thai tea creme brulee - Asian tiramisu This was plenty of food for two people. The dishes came out pretty quick once we put in our order. The food was good because we were both pretty hungry. The only dishes that were memorable for us was the sizzling shrimp & bok choy and brisket fried rice. Cost: $111 with tip and tax for 6 items. My husband and I dined here because we had AMEX Resy credits to utilize. This helped us lower our overall out of pocket expense. Given the cost of parking and not all dishes were memorable, I’m not sure I’d return again. You are able to get better bang for your buck on Chinese / pan Asian food in Chinatown. This was pricey for the portion food that was offered.
