As for service, Joey took care of us and he absolutely killed it. He and his partner (unfortunately I forget her name) made sure we had everything we needed and our water was always topped off. They cooked our meat to perfection and I felt like the service offered by the staff here is clearly a cut above a lot of other restaurants in the area. Shoutout to Joey for an unforgettable meal and for helping us celebrate our friend’s birthday!

If you only order one thing at Cote Las Vegas, let it be the Grand Cru Galbi. Labeled on the menu as "exceptional quality and limited quantity" — they mean it. The knowledgeable server told me the beef is USDA Prime Niman Ranch beef, the rarest and most exclusive designation in American beef, and you taste exactly that from the first bite. The marbling, the depth of flavor, the way it finishes — it earns every penny. Take the sommelier's pairing suggestion and go with Madeira. It sounds unconventional until you taste it together, and then it seems obvious. A genuinely inspired combination. This was my first time in Las Vegas, and I was prepared to be underwhelmed by a steakhouse in a casino resort. I could not have been more wrong. The service was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic — the team clearly knows and cares about what they're serving. The room is elegant without being cold. The whole experience felt like a treat I'll be chasing for a long time. If you're splurging once on this trip, splurge here.

The Ultimate Korean BBQ Experience Hands down the best Korean BBQ I've been to. We did the Omakase menu with the sommelier pairing, and it was flawless from start to finish. I joined them on Feb 25th 2026. The appetizers set the stage perfectly--their uni oyster is really good, and the beef tartare with caviar is by far the best I've had anywhere. As for the main event, the meat quality is on another level. The 45-day dry-aged ribeye was incredibly flavorful, and the Japanese A5 Wagyu literally melted in my mouth. What really sets COTE apart is the service; the 'Sommeliers of Beef' cook everything to absolute perfection right in front of you. The wine pairing was a major highlight. Every pour was brilliant and actually made sense with the food. If you want a high-energy atmosphere with world-class service, this is the place. Don't skip the soft serve with soy sauce caramel at the end--trust me! Definitely joining them again when I'm in town!! (Drooling writing this review,,,)

My boyfriend and I came here for our 4 year anniversary dinner. It was a recommendation from a friend and may I say a wonderful recommendation! Everyone there was especially sweet and friendly. Service was excellent and how sweet of them to throw in a dish for us on the house in celebration of us. We both ordered off the Butcher’s Feast and that definitely was enough food for the both of us. They cook for you and the food tasted yummy! Pricey, but worth it and we’d definitely come back. Thank you COTE for making our anniversary dinner so special!

Yes, it's as good as advertised, very good service in a comfortable/clubby room. We went early enough that it was still a relaxed dinner hour. The food was impeccable, some of the best beef I've eaten and did we eat... Probably ordered too many dishes for the table but we got through it all and waddled out. The pork belly at the start was amazing but will put a big dent in your appetite. The egg "souffle" was a highlight as were the various beef. I'm still not overwhelmed with Wagyu no matter where I have it but here you will never miss it, there are so many other good options. If it's your jam then there are several options for that too. Don't forget that all the sides are refillable. We had some nice cocktails too but the food coma wiped my memory of that...
