Corina a month agoFirst time here, husband and I chose the tasting menu to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary. Cozy dining area, separate from the main room. It was a fun experience, especially since most of the items on the tasting menu we would’ve never really ordered otherwise. Everything was very tasty and fresh. Servers paced the food well and kept our table looking clean. My personal favorites were the snapper tostada, the oxtail hummus, and the passion fruit mousse. Would come back!
Michael Witte 4 months agoStop the search and book the reservation. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this restaurant operates on a different level. The service was attentive without ever feeling intrusive, and the pacing of the meal revealed a kitchen that understands not only flavor, but timing and balance. Each dish arrived as part of what felt like a carefully composed progression—flavors layered thoughtfully, textures contrasted intentionally, and presentations that reflected genuine craftsmanship. Rather than a collection of individual plates, the meal unfolded as a cohesive experience. And then there’s the chef. Dining here feels a bit like witnessing culinary sleight of hand. Dishes that sound straightforward on the menu reveal surprising depth and complexity when they arrive at the table. I attempted to choose favorites, but each course offered something memorable in its own right. If you’re looking for a meal that genuinely impresses—not just with technique, but with imagination—this is the place. Bon appétit.
Alex B a month agoTwo for dinner on a Monday night. I'll start with I'd rate the food and service as 5+ stars if I could; I'm generally a generous scorer when it comes to my reviews, but the food here was exceptional. While the restaurant was not full when we arrived for our 1830 reservation, it was definitely full an hour later. Food and service was fine dining, but atmosphere was a little more relaxed with loudish music and a bit of a bustling vibe. We had the tasting menu with wine pairings, including the optional fois gras and the $25/oz cognac pairing, and even though for two it added a $100+ to the bill it was worth every penny. Other standouts, besides the fois gras and cognac, were the miso butter baked oysters and the......no, I'll stop and say my wife and I enjoyed every bite of every dish we had! Really, for us, it was one of the best meals we've had in recent history. Service was also top notch: little things like the hostess asking us a few questions as we checked in and noting that our server was then 'briefed', greeting us at our table, knowing we were visiting from Hawaii and this was our last night in Vegas, just overall professional run spot. I don't hesitate for a moment to strongly recommend it and, even with the abundance of great restaurants in Vegas, we'll likely return in the future if the Sparrow + Wolf is still going.
ASHOUSTON 2 months agoStopped in here with a large group in April 2026. Had a special curated menu for the large group. The ambiance was perfect. Service was exceptional. The menu set was good and the food portions just right. It was well made and serviced and portioned perfectly. It was serviced family style and and such we all had a portion of the multi course meal. I would definitely stop in here during a regular event. It is just off the strip in a part of known as China Town. It was busy even without the large group. Worth a visit if you want something different while in Vegas. Not a tourist trap so has a different non-Vegas vibe.
David Ellis 2 months agoSparrow + Wolf was fantastic. We ordered à la carte and honestly didn’t miss on a single dish - dates, tuna tacos, short rib hummus, tilefish, and the Japanese sweet potato (which was unreal). Best part of the night was the passion fruit mousse. We learned it was inspired by Thaddeus, who was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience even better. Great food, great vibe. Highly recommend.
