Came here randomly for Sunday lunch last week—no wait but we opted to sit at the bar. Food was AMAZING!! To start, the Clam Chowder was so delicious. We enjoyed the Connecticut Lobster Roll and Wild Ross Sea Chilean Sea Bass—lobster roll was full of lobster chunks and the sea bass was so soft and buttery. Also, their Caesar Salad is one of the best I’ve ever had! Drinks were good, and service was great! Note: they are not a part of Caesars so they don’t take Caesars drink vouchers.

Water Grill is tucked inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, and honestly it's the best meal we've had in Vegas — and we've had a few. My wife got the king crab legs, I went with the steak, and we shared a side of asparagus. Everything was excellent, but the crab legs and asparagus genuinely stood out — some of the best I've had, full stop. Our server Tanakrit was a highlight on his own. Super attentive and kept checking in on us even when the kitchen was running behind — exactly what you want when you're waiting on a nice meal. The atmosphere is fantastic too. Think upscale but with this warm, old-school premium feel to it — great lighting, nice bathrooms, the whole package. Nothing to complain about. If you're staying near Caesars or just passing through, this is a strong recommend. It can get pricey depending on what you order, but there's a solid range of options — especially if you're into oysters or cold seafood. Worth every dollar.

Today, we’re experiencing Water Grill in Caesars. I love this location because you can eat and get some great shopping at the same time. The restaurant was decked out beautifully for Christmas, and they even decorated our table for our anniversary, which was super sweet. The complementary bread is OK but it’s a little bland and tough. The margarita Verde is one of the best drinks I’ve ever had! The cucumber and pepper just makes it, highly recommend! The oyster sampler was fantastic. These definitely rank in the top three restaurants for oysters that I’ve ever had. The fish and chips were really great. The fish was crispy on the exterior and soft and flaky on the inside. The ribeye steak was fantastic and super flavorful, I also really enjoyed their little side salad. All in all, this one gets 4.2 out of five stars!

Christian is THE most wonderful server I have ever had the pleasure of being graced by. She is wonderfully entertaining and attentive and generous. She cared for us and made our experience amazing. Oh and the food was wonderful too. The steaks were great, shellfish was great too. Big Eye Tuna was amazing. No one had room for dessert.

It is a wonderful restaurant, the top service stood out for me. I did order a Chilean sea bass with a side of grilled asparagus. The sea bass needed little more seasoning for my liking , the bread n butter was soothing. Value for money on the sea bass ..can improve , the freshness ...needs some work. Overall an ok experience. A 'may visit again' place .
