Had dinner there recently. The scallops and couscous were delish, the blue aster and the lychee drinks were really good too but the best part of the meal was the bread with that amazing butter (it’s pink and has a raspberry flavor) covered with olive oil. Chef’s kiss!! 🤌🏾😍 I had to ask Michael (our awesome waiter) if it was improper to ask for more of it, lol!! 😂 10/10 experience!!

I would come back to Conrad just for this restaurant! I used my Amex Platinum benefits ($100 credit and $60 for breakfast), and the overall dining experience was absolutely fantastic. Bread & Starters The bread was amazing!! crispy and slightly sweet on the outside, super fluffy on the inside. The oil-and-cream dip was rich and flavorful. The tiger shrimp cocktail was cooked perfectly: crisp, fresh, and paired with a cocktail sauce that had more heat than usual, which I really enjoyed. The duck cigar was very crispy and worked perfectly with a chimichurri-like sauce. Kids Meals Simple but well executed. The grilled cheese was impressively done! perfectly toasted, just enough butter, not greasy. The kids’ pasta was okay. Not bad, but a bit under-seasoned. Roast Cabbage is a big surprise! The cabbage seemed steamed first and then grilled fully cooked but not burnt or dried out. It came with a pepper/seed-based sauce that was slightly sweet with a hint of spice. The rice beneath was creamy, and the two sauces on the side added even more interest: a green, my guess is parsley based sauce and another one is a creamy balsamic style sauce…. Straight guessing… it way too flavorful. A very unique and memorable combination. Breakfast Breakfast was outstanding as well. The pancakes were thick and fluffy, and the muffin top was crispy outside but incredibly moist inside. Croissants were airy and soft, and the pain au chocolat was just as impressive. Tennessee Burger is one of the simplest but best burgers I’ve had in a long time !! Very juicy beef, melted cheese with a quick torch on top, and lightly toasted buns. Way better than what you’d expect from a typical hotel restaurant. Anyway long story short… great restaurant!!

Beautful restaurant, incredible food, and wonderful service from Bronwyn! The highlights were the the Iberico Pork Schnitzel, the Rose No. 3 cocktail, and the complimentary bread and whipped olive butter. Highly recommend!

This place was hands-down one of my favorite places to get dinner, a nice date, nice environment, good service professional in the atmosphere was great. Only thing is it was a course menu the last round the food was a little bit cold, we decided to not complain because it was not that big of the deal and the server was great, I would recommend coming to blue aster.

Tucked inside the Conrad Hotel, Blue Aster is one of Nashville’s best spots for fresh seafood in a setting that feels very polished. It’s got that “just fancy enough” vibe—perfect for a nice night out but not so stuffy that you can’t just grab a drink at the bar and enjoy some oysters. The restaurant and bar are absolutely beautiful, fitting right into the modern, upscale feel of the Conrad. It’s sleek with warm lighting and big windows that make it feel bright and open. Whether you’re sitting down for a full meal or just stopping by the bar, it’s an inviting space that feels stylish. If you order one thing here, make it the oysters. They’re incredibly fresh, served ice-cold with classic accompaniments. The bar at Blue Aster is just as much of a draw as the dining room. It’s a great spot to sip on a well-made cocktail or a glass of wine while snacking on oysters or other small bites. Blue Aster is one of those places that’s easy to love. It’s classy without trying too hard, the food is excellent (especially the oysters), and the service is excellent and friendly.
