Kathryn Wisner 2 months agoSo I think this is about the fourth five star review I’ve ever given. First of all the ambience in this area is super cute and quirky. The restaurant completely lives up to that. We got reservations and sat on the patio. It was a little bit chilly, but that’s not the restaurants fault since winter decided to come back and give it an extra go. There were heaters on the patio just not turned on so I think even in colder weather it could be very pleasant.. I love a good mocktail, and it started with the so near yet so far, it was delightful, and my companion had a delicious mistake, and everybody who tried it at the table was obsessed. We tried brussels sprouts the bread and butter and the truffle potatoes as small plates and they were all fantastic. We have a very picky eater in our party today and even he was all over everything. The potatoes were perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside and the sauce was delicious. The bread and butter combo had a delicious depth to it that I would’ve eaten an entire basket myself. Two of us had the beef tenderloin with potatoes and the sauce that it was served with was excellent and almost reminded me of like a butter, chicken or chicken marsala, but really kicked the flavor up a notch, and another person in our party had the halibut and was almost ready to drink the rest of her sauce with a spoon. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned very well. There was not a changing table in the bathroom that we went into which was a little bit sad as it’s hard to change the four month old, but there was enough counter space we managed. . All in all this is definitely worth a trip.
Aimee Spencer 2 weeks agoToday my husband and I came here for his birthday brunch, we were greeted with a menu that said “Happy Birthday” and a complimentary glass of champagne. We were originally sat at the front patio, after seating I asked the hostess if we can sit in the back patio as it’s a much more vibrant vibe. She happily sat as at the perfect table, nicely shaded and our dog was comfortable as well. Food was great. I got the salmon Benedict style dish and it was very great, husband got the purgatory skillet he also enjoyed. Food is farm to table which we always look for. Service 100/10!! Our waitress and hostess were so sweet and friendly!! We will be back again and again.
B J 2 months agoMy fiance and I flew into town, got the the Airbnb and found this spot 10min down the street, out of necessity for not eating a full meal all day. It knocked everything out of the park. Tanner was our server, he was attentive, kind, paced the food well, and very personable. The food was killer, well worth the little bit higher price point. Everything was fresh, well seasoned and dialed. Cocktail list was unique and fit the vibe of the restaurant well. Both cocktails we had were delicious! When they found out we were celebrating our anniversary, they gave us a small poor of bubbles to cheers. If we have another free night while we're in town, we're going back for sure. Can't recommend this place enough!
Lee Roberts 5 months agoTook my daughter out for her dinner. The menu was a bit too uppity for me. Dishes were expensive. Two people with about $150 tab. Positives: waitress was very nice and took great care of us. Restaurant and bathroom very clean. The food I ordered was fairly good. Mussels were amazing. I asked for more bread to dab in the mussels sauce.
Kassandra Solsrud 4 months agoThe Treehouse is a great spot for brunch in East Nashville!! They have a great selection of foods and drinks for brunch. We had the chicken and waffles, French toast with blueberry compote, and the breakfast sandwich. The blueberry compote and whipped cream were extremely well made. The service was incredibly warm and friendly. Our servers name was Daniel and he made our experience with his kindness and attentiveness. Would go back just to have him! Highly recommend!
