I came to visit a friend for his birthday. Overall it was a very nice experience. I came in late but there wasn’t an issue with the server and they were happy to take my order (just some fries and a soda) I had came in just in time for dessert which was very delicious. The main course was their viral Dubai Chocolate Pizookie, and two mini pizookies (a strawberry shortcake and a chocolate chunk pizookie) The atmosphere was very clean and I was happy to be celebrating with my friend. So if you’re looking for a place to spend time with friends and family, this is a good spot.

Calamari appetizer was cooked way too long, like it was so crispy on some pieces you couldn't tell whether it was batter or actual calamari, on other pieces the calamari was extremely rubbery and hard to chew. We ordered the BJs Original Wings with the sauce on the side instead of drizzled over each wings, good choice. Wings were good. Ordered a side of fries the Wings and the fries were good. Overall, everything was okay, not my first choice to go back to, but was only thing open at the time. Our waiter was excellent and the atmosphere was very pleasant though. Nice sports bar atmosphere.

I recently visited BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. From the moment we sat down, things felt a bit off. The menus we were given were noticeably dirty and sticky, which isn’t a great first impression when you’re about to order food. It just made everything feel less clean and kind of uncomfortable. On top of that, the wait time for our food was much longer than expected. We understand that restaurants can get busy, but there didn’t seem to be much communication or updates from the staff about the delay. We ended up waiting a long time without really knowing what was going on, which made the experience frustrating. When the food finally came out, it was decent, but not really worth the extended wait. Overall, between the cleanliness issue and the slow service, the visit didn’t meet expectations. I hope they can improve on these areas because it has the potential to be a much better dining experience.

We have spent our money here multiple times and everything is usually very good. This time my smashburger was served completely raw on the inside. The manager on duty had a new one prepared and it was just right. It was really busy and I know stuff happens. I feel like the kitchen manager should be a bit more diligent ensuring the quality is top notch. I've seen other undercooked burger reviews here on Google.

Worst place to order a thin crust pizza at night. Just ordered a veggie pizza with add ons chicken, basil and jalapenos. Look at the 1st picture. Its over filled with basil, jalapenos but no mushrooms, bell peppers, olives nothing like the 2nd picture shown from the website. So disappointed to order a thin crust gluten free pizza. Also, the size is ridiculous for a price of $20. Never ever going to BJ’s!!
