Parish was my waiter, and he made my experience absolutely delightful! I came in to eat by myself, and he chatted with me like we were old friends, making me feel right at home. I really hope Saltgrass is taking great care of him because he truly deserves every dollar he makes. His friendly smile will definitely keep customers coming back again and again! Even though I live 100 miles away, I know I’ll be coming back and will be requesting him as my waiter! I'm not sure of his first name, but my receipt said Parrish, and I want to express my heartfelt thanks to this wonderful young man who made my dining experience so enjoyable. And let’s not forget the food—the steak was absolutely amazing, cooked to perfection! The fries were fantastic, and my potato soup was just as delicious. My two glasses of wine were great too! Overall, it was a 150% great dining experience!

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant, the service, the quality of the food, and how reasonable the pricing was. Everything was perfectly cooked and was extremely flavorful. It’s a weird thing to point out, but the green beans were very well done. Like surprisingly good. The only criticism is that the booth we sat in was a little weird (one side was extremely tight, while the other side had almost too much space. The table wasn’t movable, so it was a bit awkward.) 10/10, would recommend to a friend.

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for when you come to Saltgrass. Angela was incredibly kind and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the evening. But the real reason this place stands out is Viktoria (with a K) behind the bar. In a world where genuine customer service feels rare, she absolutely raised the bar. She greeted me by name the entire evening, and when I returned the very next night, she not only remembered my name, but also remembered exactly what I drink and what I ordered. That level of attention, care, and hospitality made me feel less like a customer and more like family. It’s one thing to have great food — it’s another to create an experience people remember. Viktoria and the staff did exactly that. 5 stars all the way around for both the food and the incredible customer service. I’ll absolutely be back.

This was excellent service and delicious food. I had steak and shrimp combo with fries, salad and a Blondy. With complimentary bread. Very friendly and professional staff. My dog was allowed to be with me inside the restaurant, so a big thank you for that. Lots of parking, good music. Fast service. Good satisfying food. What else do you need. Totally recommend.

Very good bread and butter to start. We got the fried onions for an app and they were good, Like a shoe string onions. My son got the 18 ounce Texas t bone medium rare. My other son got country fried steak. I got chicken Laredo! Everything tasted great and was cooked right.
