We just had brunch at Black Bear Diner with my boyfriend and I loved it. It was my first time, but definitely not my last! Our waitress Raj was really nice and was very attentive with us!! Keep up the good work 🧸🥞

Black Bear Diner is a nice place to enjoy family time & enjoy a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner 🤗 the atmosphere was very peaceful. The place was clean & the service was pleasant. Eric was nice & friendly & met our needs of service! 🫶

Carolyn’s service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She is genuinely one of the sweetest people we’ve ever met, and she made my entire family feel so welcomed and cared for. She was always attentive, checking in at the right moments and making sure we had everything we needed without ever being overwhelming. You can truly tell she cares about the people she’s serving, not just doing her job. Her kindness, patience, and warm energy made the whole experience so much better for us. We really appreciated how well she treated my family it meant a lot and did not go unnoticed.

The food wasn’t bad and the service was good, but I was pretty disappointed with how my steak was handled. I ordered it medium, and while the outside was fine, the middle was still rare. I asked for it to be put back on the grill, but it came back tasting and looking like it had been microwaved instead. If I’m paying for a steak, I expect it to be cooked properly and recooked on the grill when there’s an issue. It really took away from an otherwise decent meal.

Went for lunch with my boyfriend and our waiter Ismael was absolutely amazing! Great service and even greater food! Definitely will be coming again! Huge thank you to Ismael for his amazing customer service! 🫶
