Okay we loved this place! The service was beyond the best, the diner was decorated really cute and reminded me of a 50s diner, so adorable. The food was all homemade and fresh and reminded me of my grandma's cooking. Extra large helpings of everything. I have not tasted fried chicken like that in years, they advertise the best fried chicken and they are correct without a doubt. The coating on the fried chicken is hard to describe, it's crisp and the seasoning is spot on, and the chicken is juicy and very flavorful. I have to say our server, Margo, was the best and she answered all of our questions. When I asked her about the clam chowder, she asked me if I would like to sample it and she brought a little sample for both myself and my grandson. The clam chowder is delicious!!!! We were craving breakfast for dinner, so we ordered the chicken and waffles, along with eggs, country, potatoes and biscuit and gravy. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The waffles were thick and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.Just perfect, and I already told you about the fried chicken, it was the best. We can't wait to go back and try some of their other items and their specials. They make a good bloody mary too! ☺️😋

The food was really good, huge portions, the service was amazing, waitresses kind and very fun! Perfect for a simple but delicious meal, you can lunch, dine or have breakfast. Some music in background helps create the perfect ambiance! Everything reminds you of classic American movies! We really recommend it!

Great food. Casually and wonderfully served a group of 40. Avery the waiter was top 5 waiter of all time. He was chill, relaxed, and funny, even when he had 20+ people to serve at once. Please make him head waiter and maybe even promote him to ceo. We had to tip him a lot. Love you Avery.

The food was absolutely smacker. The portions were huge and delicious. The staff were so kind and welcoming to our large party. I have to shout out my guy Avery, dude was so amazing. He had such a great attitude, was cracking jokes with us and is just a great guy overall.

Kate, my server, was the best. This was my first visit to Milt's . I was craving soup. It was a rainy. Bakersfield day. Seemed like a good idea. Kate was kind enough to allow me to taste the Chilli. I love spicy . This was a bit too salty for me. I settled on the Basque offering. A veggie soup. Just so. So. I'll return because the service was so welcoming.
