I went here with group of friends and we had a good time. The restaurant was pretty loud, lots of hard surfaces did little in the way of deadening the sound of everyone around us. The restaurant was almost entirely full when we arrived, and our table was missing a chair despite our reservation. The food came out pretty quick once we got our orders taken, but it took quite a while for the waiter to take our food order. The food itself was really good, honestly the almond pesto was probably some of the best pesto I've ever had. We had the pork confit fries, the crispy calamari, and the burrata baguette for appetizers. All three were good with the burrata being the best, and the calamari coming in last, though still delicious. My entree was the basil almond pesto pasta and it was amazing. It was super creamy and all of the ingredients went so well together. I'd come back, but I'd probably try to find a less busy time.

Tried a bunch of food and drinks here and honestly, everything hit 😋 The Double Smashed American Burger was super tender and juicy. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich wasn’t very spicy, but the chicken was perfectly juicy and the sauce + pickle combo was outstanding. Loved the Chicken Cutlet Grinder as well. The Seattle Scratch Sourdough Pizza (Craft Bacon, Washington Apple & Rogue Blue) was a standout. Fig jam with bacon and blue cheese was an amazing combo. Dessert (Smoky Campfire Rocky Road Pie) was perfect, not too sweet and served with marshmallow and vanilla crème anglaise. Drinks were fun and solid, especially the Cotton Candy cocktail with the tableside pour and color-changing light cube. The staff is super friendly and sweet, which made the experience even better. Definitely going back 💯

Great experience at Vaughn's 1000 Spirits. Our waiter Connor was outstanding — some of the best service we've had in a long time. I got the gaucho sandwich (fantastic) and my wife had the pepperoni pizza (really good). The hotel gave us a free appetizer card so we tried the hummus dip, which was excellent. On top of all that, they sent us home with some of their sourdough pasta — can't wait to cook it up. Already looking forward to coming back.

Came here with some coworkers for a lunch during the week. This place was packed and full of fun lively chatter. We all tried a lot of dishes so we could see what was on the menu. I personally got the burger and fries and their fries were so salty and perfect with the burger. The burger was also super thick and delicious! The menu has such a variety of things from seafood, to pasta, to pizza, to bar food! This is a good place to go if you're not quite sure what you want for lunch because you're bound to see something on the menu you'll like! Yesterday, my husband and I made the trip from Tacoma to Seattle to dine at Vons 1000 spirits. This was the first time that we were able to get out in almost 9 months since we had a baby and it was one of the best experiences I could’ve asked for. We didn’t make a reservation and we went around 6 PM. Our wait time was probably no longer than 15-20 minutes, which is actually really quick for any restaurant downtown Seattle. It would be a good idea at the busy times to make a reservation, but we didn’t have any issues. The hosts were amazing and kind. We were sat in the back area at first at table in the middle, but the host and our server moved us to a window seat, which l was very thankful they put the extra thought in to us to make our experience better. The food was absolutely amazing and our waiter made our experience even better. His name was Chris R. He was kind and very upbeat and easy to converse with. He checked on us frequently and we didn’t have to wait long for food or service. It was so quick! He even let us finish our appetizers first before bringing us our entree, which I really appreciated it because it gave us time to appreciate the meals. His upbeat personality was definitely the cherry on top of our entire experience and I’m very grateful that the restaurant seems to have a very family like work relationship and the employees seem to love their job as much as we loved our food and experience. We did the 1/2 clams, the calamari, the Bahn Mi sandwich and a delicious pasta. Thank you to our waiter Chris R and all of the staff for making our first date night out a great experience. We highly recommend this restaurant!
