This was my first time visiting, and I was very disappointed. The service at the front counter was worse than McDonald’s, which is unacceptable for a restaurant expecting repeat customers. We chose a table near the window ourselves, and it was dirty. No one came to clean it, and we eventually had to ask for it to be wiped down. Even then, they didn’t seem happy that we asked. Employees repeatedly attended to the tables around us, yet we felt completely ignored. Our order came out as requested. The burgers and fries were good, but my onion rings were burnt and clearly overcooked. Overall, the lack of service and attention overshadowed the quality of the food. I expected much better.

Great service. The place was packed with the ordering line out the door. We took it to go. We sat at the bar while waiting and the bartender offered to take my ticket and have them bring our food to the bar instead of us picking our food up at the pickup counter. The price is great for what you get. I hope they consider a location in Sacramento some day! We were only here for the weekend.

Best trip tip in Fresno! Love their onion rings and staff workers are friendly and helpful. Only downside is side is it’s hard to conversate with the sound of TVs in the background especially when they are having sports which is most of the time and parking can be hectic but still worth it!

If you’re from Fresno, you already know Dog House Grill screams Fresno. It’s hard not to like their food and prices. The atmosphere at Dog House is so nice, filled with people and TVs all around, nothing but sports! The tri-tip sandwich and tri-tip salad are to die for. Oh my god, where do I even begin? Every time I come back to Fresno to visit my family, my first stop is Dog House. The taste and quality have been the same nothing has changed. The parking situation is very rough, but it’s worth the pain of waiting for parking forever because the food is amazing! The staff is great and they really take care of their customers.

Tri-tip sandwich perfection. Generous amount of tri-tip, tender enough to bite through barbecue sauce is awesome. Their fries are generous also. Their service is great. Loud environment, but fun for events, because they have 1 million TVs.
