I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by this seafood spot out in Fresno. This place was bustling on a weekday afternoon. It's like a fish market / restaurant. We went there for lunch. Food was really good and service was on point. I got the fish n chips, with an Arnold Palmer and was very satisfied. Don't sleep on the side beans though 🔥

Disappointed from the take out young girl. She appeared to have no urgency, no emotion to her customer service. Seemed chaotic in the restaurant. Ordered the snapper sandwich with fries. The fries were cold, the sandwich seemed to have been thrown together. Didn't see many of the described items on the sandwich unfortunately. The snapper was good however

Normally 5 stars but tonight sad to say just 1 😏. I ordered the ultimate Louie salad to go and unfortunately got about a pound of lettuce with it(see 📸 ) 🤦🏽‍♂️. I called to speak with a manager on it and was left on hold. I called back and spoke with a manager named Matt I believe his name was but after explaining things to him, he made no effort to reconcile and simply responded by saying thanks for letting him know😕. I've ordered this same salad a few times before in the past and its never came out like this. The only reason I called and/or left a review was because the salad is a bit pricey ($41) so it should be made with somewhat consistency; also because the manager hadn't extended as much as a $10 gift card, partial refund or anything smdh. He simply said he'll pass on the feedback. That did not rectify the matter and was disappointing. Also when getting off the phone he stated 'I hope you enjoy your food' which seemed quite snide of him and only added insult to injury. Shame on you pismo, do better👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Stop where you’re driving and eat here. Ask for Natalie- she was precious with great suggestions. I want to eat here everyday for two weeks because I wanted nearly everything on the menu. Food/service/atmosphere were outstanding.

We found this place randomly while driving through town and it was the best decision we made. The staff were friendly, attentive, and well trained. The clam chowder sampler was a great option for first time diners. I highly reccommend getting the cilantro rice. Definitely coming back!
