Gorgeous restaurant with a British-American inspired cuisine. It's a nice twist with local ingredients and their service is exceptional. There are many whiskeys to choose from to pair with your steak. It's good for a classy night out.

Had a great experience at Camden. The service was professional, friendly, and pleasantly unobtrusive — which I really appreciated. The staff was attentive without being overwhelming, and everything felt smooth and relaxed. The food and presentation were excellent. You can really tell the kitchen puts thought into each dish. I especially liked how different textures and flavors were combined — it made every bite interesting and enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a place you genuinely want to return to for another great meal and new experiences

This was the best service I ever had in a restaurant and that is saying a lot. Me and my date wanted to share our starters and main (there was a steak special that day with many ounces) and they brought the food in different plates and gave us amazing recommendations on what to order and what to pair our food with. The food was incredible! Tried steak tartare for the first time and there were so many flavors I almost forgot I was eating raw meat.

I recently visited Camden Spit and Larder for a special dinner with my mother, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I had requested a booth or side table in my reservation to avoid sitting in the middle of the room, and the hosting team was incredibly accommodating, getting us a perfect, comfortable spot that allowed for great conversation. The drinks were a fantastic start to the meal; I had a classic Old Fashioned that was perfectly balanced, and we also enjoyed a Pimm's Cup, which was refreshing and fit the restaurant's vibe perfectly. The food was the highlight of the evening. We started with the sausage rolls, which are easily some of the best l've ever had-perfectly flaky pastry and great flavor. The seasonal cauliflower cheddar soup was a standout; the addition of the bacon croutons gave it a smoky crunch that really elevated the dish. For our mains, the salmon was cooked to perfection-moist and fresh-and the steak frites were excellent, with a tender cut of meat and well-seasoned fries. Between the high-quality ingredients, the attentive service, and the fact that they honored my seating request, it made for a truly memorable evening. This is a great spot if you're looking to use your Sapphire Reserve dining credit on a meal that actually feels like a premium experience. We will definitely be back.

My wife and i were visiting Sacramento and made a reservation at Camden. We were seated upon arrival, even though we were a few minutes early. Service was overall excellent; attentive but not intrusive. The popovers served prior to our meal, along with the fabulous house whipped butter, was excellent. We ordered the seasonal soup, oysters the spit roasted half chicken and the tempura beans. Everything was perfectly made and flavorable. An overall excellent dining experience!
