We weren’t sure what to expect when we saw this place. We learned about this place from TikTok. We finally decided to try it. Yes, the Gregorian Chant music plays outside and you are greeted and served by the nicest monks! It’s very beautiful on the inside. We had a reservation and we were seated within 5 minutes. Our waiter made the experience even better! Overall it took us about an hour and a half to leave. (This was for 3 people) the service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great! This is somewhere I definitely feel confident saying I will return to.

This was my second Omaha steakhouse so I was already familiar with the vibe and routine. While the theming of the restaurant was fun and perfect for a nice date night, the food left a little to be desired. The salad bar was solid although a little too crowded in the tiny room it was in. Bread wasn’t really special and the steak was pretty average. The French onion soup was a stand out, but at a steakhouse I would have preferred an amazing steak over amazing soup.

This place is a complete gem. This is a very well run establishment with a lot of attention to detail. The whole theme is incredibly well done from the staff dressed in robes, to the different chambers/rooms. Very tastefully done. The food... Oh my goodness. Get the prime rib Benedictine and thank me later. I ate here twice while I was in town and both times were 10/10. Do not sleep on their house made onion dressing at the salad bar - It is the red one. The service is fantastic and attentive. I live far away in Las Vegas and I can see myself flying in just for this. It is really just that good.

This was a neat place to stop at while traveling thru the Omaha area. Some of the best meat in the country served there and they cook it to perfection. I had the ribeye and my husband had the fillet. Both were delicious! The salad bar was a wonderful addition. Perfect place for a date night. We really enjoyed the theme and atmosphere. The staff was so friendly and because we finished our meal close to closing time, they allowed us to look around at the different themed areas and made sure to give us the full tour.

First time at Brother Sebastian's. Food was amazing and our waitress Jess was amazing. We had the Filet Oskar and I had the Prime Rib Benedictine. Most tender prime rib I have ever had. She answered all of our questions and loved her suggestions. We will definitely will be back.
