Fantastic experiences every time we visit. We visit multiple times a year for the last five years and it’s a favorite for my husband and I. We got engaged here and they hosted us for both our engagement photos and wedding dinner. Nothing short of professionalism, comfort and great taste. The Prix Fixe is such a good menu, we cannot visit and go without our Maryland crab bisque and the drinks just are phenomenal. They have an entrance connected to the Marriott for convenience with a sky walk that suits all weather. Special shout out to Gina, our server the last three times we’ve visited, she’s so incredibly attentive, friendly and has a great eye for detail. We’ve visited around major holidays Valentine’s Day and New Years and she’s been such a delight in making sure the experience was perfection. It’s a great spot for date nights, somewhere special to take family visiting from out of town or during a night out with friends given it’s so close to so many entertainment options.

What an awesome dining experience! Reminded me of restaurants in DC, with its modern interior look and bustling vibe. Our service was excellent, and the food was exceptionally delicious! We each ordered the three-course meal, which for what we got were very reasonably priced. For the entree I got the steak and crab cake and both were absolutely phenomenal! The wife got the same but had a side of mushroom risotto which was probably the best risotto I've tasted! We also ordered a Calamari appetizer, which was really flavorful and lightly breaded, and wine as well. The 3-course meal also came with a dessert, so we got probably one of the tastiest creme brules we've ever had, and a huge slice of carrot cake that was "oh my gosh delicious"! Definitely cannot say enough good things about our experience... Highly recommend!

Incredible experience. Wait staff was super knowledgable about every item on the menu. Had a smoked Old Fashioned with Angel’s Envy and oh MY God was it amazing. 12/10, definitely going back

I had such a great experience at J. Gilbert’s, and I genuinely have to shout out Melissa, the manager. From the moment we walked in, she carried herself with so much professionalism and warmth. You can tell she truly cares about both the guests and her team. She was attentive without hovering, checked in at the perfect times, and made sure everything at our table was exactly how it should be. What really stood out was how calm and confident she was while still being so kind and personable. She handled everything smoothly and made us feel valued, not just like another table. It’s rare to see management that’s this involved and intentional about creating a great atmosphere. Because of Melissa, our experience went from good to amazing. J. Gilbert’s is lucky to have her leading — she sets the standard for what hospitality should feel like.

Absolutely one of the best ribeye steaks I've ever eaten! The atmosphere was amazing and the live entertainment was perfect. Can not say enough good things about this place!
