Gather is a great, relaxed spot for fresh, homegrown and homemade food. The server was very knowledgeable. My drink, the Caliente Wey, was a spicy delight that I was absolutely forced to order again! We had mussels as an appetizer which, due to the spice of the jalapeno and chorizo, really didn't taste like mussels but we're good nonetheless. My Short Rib was absolutely, melt in your mouth, don't need a knife fantastic. I tried a bit of the burger and Cobia which were also delicious. We were too full but their desserts were tempting. Overall, this is a great spot to enjoy a delightful meal.

Little later on my review but Took my fiancée here for her birthday last December and we loved it! She had a great time looking at the hydroponic garden. All the greens (micro greens) and I think salad greens are grown in house. You can take your drink and watch the gardener work. It was really a nice experience. It was 2nd night in Omaha and our waiter was awesome. He gave us recommendations for bars and was just an all around cool guy. As for the food it was divine. One thing I enjoyed about my time there is that everything is for Omaha by Omaha. I appreciate that. Should dedication to the food and the people. If you are ever there give it a try! Highly recommend!

We had such a great experience at Gather for Valentine’s Day. The food was delicious, and any small hiccups were handled immediately and graciously. That kind of service speaks volumes. The real stars of the night were the staff. They were attentive without hovering, checked in at just the right moments, and worked together seamlessly. It’s honestly one of the best teams I’ve seen in action in a long time. Tony did an outstanding job keeping everything running smoothly on a very busy evening. My absolute favorite was the Gnocchi Bruschetta. Totally unexpected with so many layers of flavor. So good. We also loved touring the hydroponic farm in the basement. It’s pretty amazing to see where those super fresh greens are grown right in downtown Omaha.

Wonderful experience. The atmosphere was superb, the wait staff were incredibly patient and the food was next level. Treat yourself to an old fashioned made with sherry cask whiskey, you’ll be happy with your decision. Wagyu flatiron steak cooked expertly, the most crispy brussel sprouts and fried donut holes for dessert. If you have the time, take a tour of their hydroponic garden where the restaurant grows its own produce used in their dishes.

We were in the area for an event and decided to try something different. Sam L. waited on us and was so knowledgeable. They filled us in on their favorite eats and since it was so unique from anywhere we've been prior, we definitely appreciated their input. I loved the atmosphere and the privacy our little table had to offer. I had made a reservation for two and we were seated towards the back. My partner had tried their short ribs and I had their Gnocchi. Unique flavors in both dishes! The showstopper, however, was the appetizer. We ordered their Brussel Sprouts and I could've just eaten that alone for my meal! They were AMAZING! When we got the check, they delivered it to us in a book containing handwritten notes from previous customers and we thought that was such an awesome idea! ( Of course I got in on that!) Located in Omaha's beautiful historic downtown area- if you're looking for something a little different for your taste buds, this is a great place to eat!
