I had not been here in many years but I always remember enjoying their homemade beers. The Ebenezer Winter Warmer is a delicious beer -thick and silky with a seasonal wintry spice. The Scary Numbers and Barrel Aged Quadzilla are also solid brews. The drinks definitely will not let you down. The location is excellent but you have to deal with crappy Old Market parking. The restaurant is clean and not overly noisy so conversation is easy. Our server, Eli, was fast, friendly, polite and helpful. The cheese curds appetizer is good but not special. The artichoke cheese dip is definitely where it's at! The fish & chips were delicious. As good as the fish is, I think the fries may steal the show. They complement each other very well here. Overall, this is a solid establishment worth your attention and business. Will you be blown away... probably not. Will you be happy and satisfied? For sure.

Good beer, a nice atmosphere, and a great place to spend time with family and friends. We stopped by for a few beers, some food for our kid, and an appetizer for ourselves. Unfortunately, the service was the weak point of the experience. Our server seemed uninterested in helping us, and despite the place not being busy, we felt a bit rushed throughout the visit, especially when it came time to pay the check. Overall, we still had a good time and enjoyed the food and drinks. One thing worth mentioning is that the payment machines have a default minimum tip of 20%, which felt a bit excessive considering the level of service we received.

When they’re on a date recently and was pleasantly impressed. We have been at this place before we sat inside. Their selection of regular food was nothing special to me. However, this time around when we went, we had an outside patio seating, which was very pleasant and very nice. It allowed us to observe Omaha. It allowed us to enjoy that outside perspective. The food was good this time around we ordered appetizers chicken wings were absolutely great. The sauce was not just splattered on the wings, and they seem like they were actually marinated in the buffalo sauce which added to the flavor tremendously. We also ordered fish and chips and after having Gordon Ramsay‘s fish and chips, I was not expecting a whole lot from that. not because it’s not a name brand food or so but mainly because a lot of places in the United States are a hit or miss more miss with the fish and chips than hit. Well, I can say that upstream brewing company knows how to do their fish and chips and they were hands-down absolutely delicious. We would come back here for specifically that meal again.. There are seasonal brews and beers were great. We enjoyed every ounce that. I highly recommend this place. Update: we have visited this place again several months from our initial visit and this place still does not disappoint this time we were sitting inside. It was an interesting atmosphere to see the brewing process for the beer or the equipment. The service was still very nice very attentive. Food was nothing short of delicious. We tried going on the German route this time and got on the schnitzel and a pretzel. While the food was delicious it was quite a bit on the greasy side for me so I was not a big fan of that part however, it was still satisfying and we would still be returning here maybe not for those specific dishes.

I visited Upstream Brewing on the last night of a business trip and chose to sit at the bar. I ordered a Saison Botanique, which had a delightful saison bite with strong floral notes—I was thoroughly impressed. After sampling a few of their other beers, I returned to the Saison Botanique to pair with my dinner. For my meal, I chose the salmon burger with fries. The salmon burger was good but not exceptional, as it felt somewhat dry, though I still enjoyed it. The fries, however, were outstanding, with a perfect crunch and excellent preparation. The service during the meal was adequate but not remarkable, much like the salmon burger. Overall, the Saison Botanique and fries were the highlights of the experience, while everything else met my expectations. I would gladly return on my next trip to Omaha. Rounding up from a 4.5 to a 5 since it’s a brewery and the beer was delicious.

We rented out the upstairs for a work event it was a great time. Tim and Cory took good care of us! I highly recommend their event space if you need a place to throw a party!
