I tried BOX'D Lunch @charlottedelivered.com... the half pound burger was delicious! A real hand made beef patty, seasoned and grilled perfectly, topped with thick cut applewood bacon, sharp cheddar cheese and spicy chipotle ranch. It was ridiculously good. And I love how my veggie toppings were packed separately...no soggy and warm veggies here! Very thoughtful folks, and a homemade cookie was a special added touch! Thanks BOX'D Lunch, I'm hooked!

Moonies Late Night Eats - Charlotte delivered LLC was Delicious and fresh! We ordered a late night sampler with chili cheese fries, wings, and quesadillas. Definitely 10/10

We were lured here by Lady Q’s Instagram and I’m so glad we chose to come. We got a chance to eat at Lady Q’s, Los Sabrosos and Queen Roti and the food was fantastic. The cook and manager from Lady Q’s came out to speak to my friend, sister and I and they were awesome. They felt like family. 12/10 no notes!

Lady Q Soul Kitchen has some AMAZING dishes and appetizers. It just opened and what a delight! The Woodle Rolls, Cornish Hen bowls. Chicken Wings, Seasoned Collard Greens, Cornbread, and Mac and Cheese are FIRE and The Homemade Lemonade! DELICIOUS IS ALL I'M GOING TO SAY. Yummy!! Worth every penny spent to satisfy my belly. I’ve tried to give this ghost kitchen place so many chances but last night was the final straw and I refuse to ever come back. It’s sad to see some good restaurant concepts not get repeat customers because of terrible employees working the front counter for the entire building. Specifically, I ordered online from South End Sweets at 11 pm and they gave me a wait time of 45-50 mins. The long wait time wasn’t a problem, it was the rude man working the front counter that doesn’t know a shred of customer service or how to do his job that’s the issue. I showed up 10 mins after when it said it would be ready. The man told me “it’s gonna take a while cause that kitchen gets backed up at this time of night and they have about 5 orders before yours”, even though I received a text saying it was ready. I see him personally come out the door and hand someone else their food saying “yeah ordering with me is actually the fastest way to get your food”, meanwhile there’s people crammed in there waiting for their orders that they placed online. Ok so I go back out to my car and called the number for South End Sweets and that gentleman told me my order was ready and there was confusion at the front counter. My boyfriend goes in to retrieve the order and hears shouting in the back, “the order is packed, it’s RIGHT THERE!!”. My bf shows the receipt and the rude man says that the person that actually ordered has to be present because of security purposes. I’ve came to this place multiple times and that’s never been the case. Ok fine, so I go back in with him and finally get my order. The rude man is trying to overcompensate because he knows he messed up and just because my bf didn’t respond, that man flipped out telling us not to slam the locker and kept shouting stuff as we walked out the door. Rude, unprofessional, and creating longer wait times than necessary because he can’t do his job.
