Went here on a Wednesday night with five of my coworkers for trivia, and it was a great time overall. The place was clean and had a really fun, lively vibe without feeling overwhelming. The staff stood out, both our waitress and the other waiters were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. We ordered a mix of food for the table: tacos, fried pickles, steak and fries, cauliflower, and a burger. The highlights for us were definitely the fried pickles and the cauliflower—both were good and something I’d come back for. Everything else was just alright, hence the reason I deducted a star. We also loved that there was a pool table it added a lot to the experience but I do wish it was free instead of $2 a game. Still, not a dealbreaker. Overall, it’s a great spot with a fun atmosphere, good food, and attentive service. Definitely worth checking out, especially for trivia night.

I sat at the bar & I was served by “Bryan” who was very patient with my indecisive beer/cider questions & selections. He allowed me sample sips to figure out the one I liked. I settled on their house cider. I ordered the nacho fries & buffalo wings. Wish the wings were fried a little harder (but I can admit that I didn’t request that). I love they have waffle fries which makes them a bit more unique from other bar fries I’ve had. The food came out rather quick & hot! Very happy about that. Very affordable. Nice place to check out in uptown Charlotte.

The Daily is one of my favorite places in Charlotte. From the moment you walk in, the ambience sets the tone — it’s warm, welcoming, and always buzzing with a fun and energetic crowd that makes the space feel alive without being overwhelming. Whether you’re going for a casual drink after work, a night out with friends, or even just to grab a bite solo, it always feels like the right place to be. The bartenders here are truly top notch. They’re not only quick and attentive, but also incredibly personable, which makes you feel like more than just another customer. On top of that, they pour generously, which is something everyone can appreciate — it’s such a refreshing change from the watered-down drinks you sometimes get elsewhere. You really feel like you’re getting value along with great service. The food also deserves just as much love. The buffalo cauliflower is absolutely incredible — crispy, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with flavor. What really takes it over the top is their homemade blue cheese dressing. You can tell it’s made in-house because it’s rich, tangy, and fresh, and it pairs perfectly with the spice of the cauliflower. Honestly, it’s one of the best versions of this dish I’ve ever had, and I would come back just for that alone. All in all, The Daily Tavern nails it across the board: great atmosphere, friendly people, skilled bartenders, generous drinks, and seriously delicious food. It’s one of those spots that feels both like a local favorite and a hidden gem at the same time. If you’re in Charlotte and haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and check it out — you won’t be disappointed!

Ok guys, back for another great adventure with this one. Not sure if you have ever been in Uptown Charlotte late at night but it can be a little bit much for someone like my wife and I. But it was very nice to find a not too rawdy place where we could have good food. The Daily was an unexpectedly great place the bartender had a great accent and got us menus soon as we sat down. We had some amazing late night food there. Fried pickles amazing! Chicken amazing! Burger amazing! Even the french fries amazing! And for some reason we were able to get like loaded chips . . . Bomb. The atmosphere was full but not pack we weren't bumping elbows with people and we were genuinely happy to be there. We were even able to have small talk without completely yelling over people. It was a great find and I recommend it.

Was a cute restaurant we found when one of our other favorites was closed! It was good. Burger could’ve been cooked a little longer but we enjoyed. They had the game playing where you could actually hear it. Was a pretty solid atmosphere. It was about 10pm when we went.
