We were passing through the area and saw the restaurant on the map. We hesitated a bit before going in since we were with three children, but it was truly an exceptional experience. The service from beginning to end was excellent, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it. The best part of this visit was the onion soup; we could only return to this place for the soup. Thank you.

First timer. Had the soup and half Ruben sandwich. One of the best, if not the best Rubens I've ever had and the turtle soup was very good, just wish I had tried it before adding crackers to get the full taste. Price was great for amount and especially the quality of the meal. A place I will definitely come back to

Cool vibes, exceptional service and great food. Our waitress was thoughtful and attentive — I’ve literally ordered salmon at a hundred different restaurants and this is the first time anyone’s asked me how I wanted it cooked. Love it! We got the bratwurst dinner and Cesar salad with salmon and both were excellent.

Basically a perfect neighborhood pub. Friendly people and relaxed atmosphere. The food was so good we went back the next day. Our waitress was super nice and helpful. I wish it wasn't 11 hours away. The prices are reasonable especially considering the quality of the food. Try the Mother Mohawk and the Bratwurst sandwiches. The snapping turtle soup is excellent.
