We walked in hoping for a lazy lunch and came out dazzled. The first thing we noticed was the smell: light and spiced and delicious. The decor and the music is also lovely from the very entrance through the whole experience. Service was very friendly, a team effort, but not intrusive. We ordered the Appetizer Sampler because everything sounded good and it tasted amazing! The biggest hit was the Arabic Salad and the Tabouli because of how fresh and refreshing they were, but the Baba Ganouj and the Hummus were really close second because they were creamy and a pleasant texture. My companion also really enjoyed the Falafel and the Grape Leaves. I'm not usually as much of a fan but the grape leaves were really good! The Cardamom tea is really good iced and the Mint Lemonade is an absolute delight! I ordered the Chicken Kabob with Rice and Lentil Soup which was the perfect combination when paired with their garlic sauce which is somehow super garlicky but without the slight sting that garlic sometimes causes. Absolute perfection. My companion ordered the Chicken Shawarma with the Veggie Skewers and the Spicy Potatoes with the tzatziki sauce. The Chicken was so soft it literally melts in your mouth and the veggies were a really good ofset from the spicy potatoes that are spicy without being painful? A really good choice as well! We finish up with the Baklava Trio. It is also pictured but only 2 of them because all the other food had been so good that we NEEDED to try that dessert. It did not disappoint: sweet and crispy without overwhelming. A perfect end to a perfect lunch. We will be bringing everyone we know here.

Had a wonderful time here. The food and service was great, I enjoyed the falafel, hummus and the chicken shawarma. I was not the biggest fan of the sauces, Ive had better sauces but the food was good nonetheless. If your by the area definitely stop by and give it a try.

Great atmosphere, plenty of seating, flavorful food, and intentional service. Love this location, plenty of parking behind the building or on the street. We were sat quick, and served attentively. Refills were constant. Specifically on the sampler appetizer, the Tabouli was watery and could use more salt. The hummus was fantastic! The meat is beyond flavorful. From the lambs, to the wrap, to the butter chicken. Areas of work: was charged for tzatziki sauce when asked if I wanted more sauce with my meal. In my opinion that should be mentioned by the waiter. Also, I never got my sauce. But I did pay for it lol. Checking the soda bib should be in rotation, were served sodas out of syrup. Excited to come back for sure! Zamzam Mediterranean Grill is hands down the best spot for Mediterranean food in OKC. From the very first bite, you can tell how authentic everything is and the flavors are rich, fresh, and truly unforgettable. Every dish feels like it’s made with care, and you can taste the quality in every bite. What really makes this place special, though, is the people. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming. They treat you like family the moment you walk in, which makes the whole experience even more meaningful. This is one of those places you don’t just visit once. You keep coming back. I can easily see myself stopping by every week. If you’re in OKC and craving authentic, flavorful Mediterranean food, this place is an absolute must.

Zamzam Mediterranean was 5 stars. I had the kufta plate with rice and lentil soup, and everything was on point. You can really taste that chargrilled flavor in the meat—so good. The lentil soup was perfect too. Big shoutout to Robbie for the 10/10 service, made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend and I’ll be back!
