My partner and I really enjoyed ourselves here. This is all you can eat Brazilian, which is what tempted me in the first place. Staff was exceptionally amazing, really on top of things, friendly and went over and above to see how we are going. The food was also amazing, each meat I had was delicious, i didnt feel it needed sauce as it was seasoned well. There is also a salad bar which has a wide variety of salads, cheese, cold cuts, salmon, etc. I wish I had a bigger stomach to try it all. Also would recommend their drinks, the espresso one was delicious. Definitely would recommend this place and wish we had this in Australia, so we could go back and have it again.

Awesome new location! Recommend here. The best Brazilian I have ever had. Owner is so wonderful and always remember my wife and I. Our server Wander without the Lust! The best server. :)

Here for the soft launch. This place is fantastic. My fiancée and I are huge fans of the location at stone oak and this place is Just as great. The food was delicious and plentiful. Everything was coming out lightning fast and our server Nina did wonderful job. And the staff as a whole was kind and attentive. Chama Gaucha finally brings an authentic A+ plus Brazilian steakhouse to the Downtown area. The other two Brazilian steakhouses downtown are not on the same level. At all.

Had an amazing experience at Chama Gaúcha. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. The salad bar had a great selection, but the highlight was definitely the meat. Every cut we tried was flavorful, tender, and cooked perfectly. The gauchos were constantly coming around with a wide variety of options, and everything tasted fresh and high quality. What really stood out was the attention to detail from the staff. Our drinks were always refilled, plates were cleared quickly, and everyone made sure we were enjoying our meal. A special thank you to Wandar, who was especially attentive and helped make the experience feel even more personal. He checked on us throughout the evening and made sure we had everything we needed. Between the exceptional food, outstanding service, and great atmosphere, this was easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Chama Gaúcha truly delivers on both quality and hospitality, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place is incredible from the food to the service to the atmosphere. We helped a business dinner for 12 here and we were blown away by the quality of the food, the extremely attentive service, and the amazing atmosphere. Raul was our server and provide for best service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. Next level. I will eat here every time I visit San Antonio.
