Visited from out of town on 5/21/26. We truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back. The service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. Our server took the time to explain the menu and answer all of our questions. The steak tasted amazing and was cooked to perfection. The sides were great, and we also loved the drinks, bread, and desserts especially the mousse cake and peach cheesecake.

We absolutely loved our experience! Ines provided outstanding service, the atmosphere was amazing, and the food was top-notch. My son enjoyed it so much that he asked to meet the chef, and the chef personally came out to introduce himself, which made the experience even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be back. Whenever we're in San Antonio, this will be one of our go-to places! 😊🍽️✨

Just wow. My husband and I live here in San Antonio, but we travel a lot around the country and eat at fine dining restaurants frequently. Stouts Signature far surpassed our expectations and is now our new favorite spot locally. Kelly, Niko & Luis - “The Bar Crew” - were outstanding. Excellent recommendations. Not just good service - they went above and beyond. We already can’t wait to come back.

Corban was a gem and truly elevated our experience. He was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly friendly, and offered great suggestions that we ended up loving. His knowledge of the menu and genuine enthusiasm made everything feel effortless and enjoyable. Definitely the kind of service that makes you want to come back.

Aiden was incredible! The atmosphere, food and drinks were AMAZING! We’ve never been and thought we’d try it before seeing a show at the Tobin. The parking and location was very assessable. We had the truffle fries, meatballs, Chilean sea bass, pistachio lamb chops for food and my husband had 3 different old fashions and I tried the espresso martini and carijillo! Everything was top notch. Definitely a hidden gem. Aiden was very friendly, suggested many items and allowed us to take our time and enjoy! He made it even more enjoyable.
