Ben Paris was a great brunch spot during my time in Seattle. The restaurant has a comfortable, stylish atmosphere that feels a little more elevated than a typical brunch place without being overly formal. We ordered the baked eggs, the Ben Paris Breakfast, and an order of parmesan truffle fries to share. The baked eggs were rich and comforting, with plenty of flavor in every bite. The Ben Paris Breakfast was exactly what you'd want from a classic brunch plate—well-executed, satisfying, and made with quality ingredients. The parmesan truffle fries ended up being a highlight of the meal. They were crispy, generously seasoned, and easy to keep reaching for throughout brunch. The service was attentive, and the food came out promptly despite the restaurant being fairly busy. Overall, the meal felt polished without trying too hard, and everything we ordered was enjoyable. If you're looking for a reliable brunch option in downtown Seattle, Ben Paris is definitely worth considering. It's the kind of place that does the basics well while adding just enough creativity to make the experience memorable.

Tried Ben Paris since I was staying at the State Hotel and had dining credit. Two of us ordered: ben paris breakfast $25 tavern burger $22 We had tried the fries as a snack before and it was ok. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was terrible. Food sat there for 10-15 minutes. Server went MIA. Tried to wave down other staff to let them know our food was probably sitting there and finally someone else grabbed for us. Even as a comped meal, I wouldn't want to spend my time here. Food was cold. Nothing stood out. Bad service.

Service and drinks were yummy! Good selection to choose from. Short rib pasta was savory and delicious. It was almost on the salty side but the homemade noodles helped. Scallop risotto was well made and scallops cooked perfectly. Fries were crispy and delicious. Cauliflower had great seasoning and a good bite. Beet salad was refreshing and a great side to the heavier dishes.

AMAZING AMAZING. Had my birthday brunch here, last time I was here I didn’t really like the service but gave it a second chance and YURI was the best server ever, and took such good care of us, gave us recommendation. He made us love this place again. Will def be our go to for Saturday brunch.

When we arrived for our reservation the door was locked. After a bit of confusion we discovered a second entrance through the hotel. After waiting at the hostess stand a bit we were told they only had one server and were not taking any more tables. I told them we had a reservation and we were seated. As you can imagine the service was not good and quite slow. We had to ask for water a third time before we ever got water and the server never came back to the table to check on us. We would have had more cocktails and wine but it just wasn’t an option since the server never returned. Lovely place and the food was quite good. The one server and a full house did not make for an enjoyable experience. Would not recommend.
