Hannah An 4 weeks agoI have an amazing experience at Brodeto everytime. HUGE shout out to Tory the sweetest waitress ever. Everything we ordered was incredible, but I highly recommend the grilled octopus small plate: so soft and flavorful with the perfect smokiness and char. The pork chop was also outstanding: a huge portion that was juicy, tender, and cooked perfectly with a hint of smokiness from the wood fire. The salad was fresh and flavorful, and the potatoes are a must-order side: perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Shout out to Morgan -- an amazing waiter I had the first time coming to the restaurant. He was knowledgeable, professional, and had cool glasses. Shout out to Chef Pablo as well — you can really tell the care and experience behind every dish. Even the silverware and plates felt intentional and thoughtfully chosen. The atmosphere is bright without feeling overwhelming, and the restaurant definitely gets lively around 7 PM. One of those places where every detail feels carefully thought out. Could not recommend it here enough.
Diana Kochetkova 4 months agoWent to celebrate a late valentines dinner with my boyfriend, and Brodeto did not disappoint. Our server was Jordan and she was amazing! Jordan was knowledgeable, attentive, and not too overbearing. We tried the focaccia with anchovy & butter, whipped ricotta, octopus, & tuna crudo. For dinner, we shared the risotto and tilefish. Everything was outstanding! Stunning and calming atmosphere, every dish came in a timely fashion, and by the end we had a hard time picking a “favorite dish” of the meal. Thank you for a phenomenal dining experience! We look forward to next time.
Arvian “Sparkles” Duval 3 months agoMy son and I visited this restaurant on his birthday as part of his birthday celebration. My son had been there previously and wanted to go back for his birthday because he enjoyed it that much, so he made reservations for us to go. Upon arrival, we were escorted to our seat. We had a wonderful server, Felicity. She took great care of us and answered all of our questions. We ordered several things on the menu. Everything ordered was flavorful, had great texture, and was displayed well on the plate. The moistness and tenderness of each dish were definitely highlights. I wasn’t sure about the snapper crudo but decided to try it anyway. It was scrumptious! The Wood Roasted Oysters were good, and the Bordeto seafood meal was awesome; however, I felt it could’ve been a larger portion for that price. Our gelato desserts were very tasty and refreshing. My son loved the uniqueness of the Vanilla Bean Gelato with olive oil and sea salt. I thoroughly enjoyed my Strawberry Sorbetto. I can see why this restaurant received Michelin acknowledgment in 2025. Between the food, service, and ambience, it was an absolutely fabulous experience. Needless to say, my son enjoyed his birthday celebration.
Noelia Bautista 3 months agoI went on a Thursday night with a reservation, and I really loved this place. We ordered the PEKA, which was a great dish to share. We also got the Seared Swordfish; delicious and the gnocchi, which is one of my favorite dishes. We paired our food with white wine and an Old Fashioned. For dessert, we had the affogato, and it was yummy. I definitely recommend this place. The service was super nice from the moment we walked in. I like to check out the bathrooms in these kinds of restaurants, but here the bathrooms were just okay.
Angelo DeVita 4 months agoI took my wife to Brodeto's last night and it was five stars excellent from service to food to atmosphere. Our waiter Rick was very knowledgeable explained the menu items where it needed plus the special we also had old fashioned cocktails with our meal which were just made perfectly. We enjoyed the shrimp toast as a starter then moved on to their special which was lobster bolognese pasta and finished the night with a roasted whole branzino fish. Everything was spectacular but the roasted fish was out of this world. The salsa and spices they put on it was finger licking good, we almost had a fight over it! Atmosphere is open and contemporary when we got there at 5:00 it didn't look very busy but when we left closer to 7:00, standing room only. And the bar area was completely packed. Highly recommend this place, you can't go wrong.
