It was my first time dining here, and the experience was truly exceptional! The staff were incredibly approachable - especially Tera, who is truly the best of the best. We had an amazing time! His interactions weren’t just with us but with everyone in the area, spreading nothing but positive vibes and great energy. The food came out promptly, and the live Mariachi made the experience even more memorable. Overall, a 100/10 experience. If we ever come back, Hotel Contessa will definitely be our choice, and we’ll absolutely be dining at Ambler again! ✨🎶🍽️

We had such a wonderful experience! We dined outside on the patio, and although it was a little chilly, the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and worth it. What truly made our visit stand out was our server, Francisco. He was incredibly kind and attentive from start to finish. Not only did he offer to bring a heating lamp to keep us warm, but he even offered his own personal jacket which I thought was beyond thoughtful and genuinely kind. That level of care is rare and so appreciated! As for the food…everything was amazing! The ahi tuna tower is a MUST have, so fresh and full of flavor. The chicken fried steak was delicious, and my husband’s meatloaf was just as good. To top it all off, the mariachis outside the entrance of Ambler were the perfect way to end our date night❤️such a beautiful and memorable touch! Between the great food, beautiful setting, and outstanding service from Francisco, this was an experience we won’t forget. Highly recommend! 👏✨

Francisco made our brunch experience absolutely top-tier. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive without hovering—always one step ahead, making sure our drinks were refilled and everything came out smoothly. He was incredibly helpful when it came to the menu, offering great recommendations and walking us through options with confidence. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about the guest experience. What really set him apart was his personality—great conversation, a natural sense of humor, and the kind of energy that makes you want to stay longer and enjoy the moment. He made brunch feel fun, relaxed, and effortless. If you get Francisco as your server, you’re in for a great time.

Incredible experience! The service was top-notch. The Jellyfish IPA was a standout. But the real surprise was the nachos—specifically the tomatoes. They were remarkably sweet and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. High-quality produce—especially something as simple as a tomato—is usually the sign of a kitchen that actually cares. Highly recommend stopping by!

Had a Excellent breakfast! We had the Classic American and The Old San Antone Omelet. Everything was very tasty. Our server Francisco was fast and efficient.
