So it was a date night and I heard amazing things about this place so I got online and made a reservation at 7:30. We get there no one is there and we stand at the door for a minute and then we just seat ourselves. I know this isn’t how things are ran but I sat down and waited to see if anyone would come and at least acknowledge us. No one did so I looked and seen Jackie at the hostess stand I ask her are we supposed to seat ourselves and she replied no but we can sit in the seat we are in its ok. Meanwhile we still don’t have a menu are yet to be acknowledged. I asked for the manager and Carla came out she was super nice and apologized for the way things were handled. She made sure everything was done right. Our waitress was Maddie and she was very nice too. It was my wife’s birthday and they did a little birthday shout out to my wife. Carla and Maddie definitely turned things around for us. I want to thank them. I enjoyed myself and will be back the food was great. It was a lot of food for the price. ❤️❤️❤️

Just sat to eat and told waitress reminded me of UAE 🇦🇪 and she said the owners are from there. Yep, never went to Festival City location and now I feel I missed out when I used to frequent there. Great food and service and good price for quality.

We came here to celebrate my son's birthday. These are some of the items we chose 🥳 The food was good. The milkshakes were so cute and yum! 😋The drink was tasty and strong, but for $39, it could've had a cuter presentation.

Visited Sugar Factory and overall had a good experience. The drinks were a bit overrated for the price, but the food and service were good. Not amazing, but solid overall. Worth checking out at least once for the fun atmosphere.

There were pigeons walking around the restaurant and even they didn’t want the food. Decor = Party City. Food = freezer section. I’m assuming people go for the overpriced drinks and gimmicks, but if you’re going to actually eat good food and fresh ingredients then please look further. I’ll include some pics to the post. Rolls = cold and burnt, fries= Dollar General brand, salad= from the bag, chicken tenders= Tyson’s dinosaur shaped nuggets are probably better. But hey…
