Had a great experience at True Food Kitchen in North Hills. Fresh, thoughtfully prepared food, a vibrant atmosphere, and excellent service made for a wonderful meal. It's refreshing to find a restaurant that focuses on wholesome ingredients without compromising on flavor. Definitely a spot worth visiting again.

This was my family’s first experience eating at True Food Kitchen. Ms. V was our server; super sweet lady. The recommendations she gave was on point. The sourdough bread with whipped ricotta, was so good! I loved the variety of healthy options. I tried the planted-based double burger, OMG delicious! I love the fact that it contained no corn in the patties. My sons had the teriyaki bowl with blackened salmon and the grass feed burger with air-fried french fries. We all enjoyed a glass of their fresh juice blends, and they were perfect! The Hangover Rx with sea moss blend was my favorite. I will definitely be coming back!

True Food Kitchen is something I been looking for, for a long time, having a seed oil free restaurant that is honest about there ingredients is a breath of fresh air I been looking for. There Lavender Matcha was show me what real match taste like and it tastes amazing. I had there Verde Grassfed Burger and the burger was amazing, literally one of the best burgers I ever had but there fries were disappointing by themselves. But with there amazing selection of Ketchup, Barbeque, and Special Sauce that are all made in house made thoese fries even better. Espically the desert were out of this world, I 100% recommend get the Flourless Chocolate Cake it was delicious and worth the 12$. If you looking for a tasty seed oil free restaurant this is the spot to go to.

We had the BEST experience tonight at True Food Kitchen in Raleigh, and it was all because of V! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. You can tell she truly believes in the food and cares about her guests having a great experience. She gave thoughtful recommendations, checked in at the perfect times without hovering, and made us feel completely taken care of. Her energy elevated the whole meal. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal, but V absolutely nailed it. We’ll be back — and we’ll be asking for her!

This place is amazing! Highly recommend the puffed sourdough with whipped ricotta for an appetizer. They make a tasty ginger margarita. My husband had the salmon, delicious seasoning. Love that they serve clean food and no seed oils.
